Meet Tori King of Tori King Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tori King.

Hi Tori, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m a traditionally trained Physician Assistant and spent the first five years of my career in the emergency department, followed by several years in an OBGYN practice.

It was during my time in women’s health that I began to notice significant gaps in care, especially when it came to understanding hormones and root-cause healing. Many women were being told their labs were “normal,” yet they didn’t feel well and I knew there had to be more to the story.

That realization led me to dive deep into the science behind hormonal imbalance, which eventually brought me to the field of quantum biology – the study of how light, water, and energy influence our cellular health.

Out of that journey, Tori King Wellness was born.

Today, I work with women through a blend of mainstream medicine, quantum biology, and faith, helping them reconnect to their body’s natural design and find true, sustainable healing.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all, it’s been anything but a straight line, but I truly believe that’s where the growth happens.

When I first started shifting from traditional medicine into holistic and quantum-based health, I wrestled with a lot of internal conflict. I had spent years being trained to treat symptoms and follow protocols, so stepping outside that model felt uncomfortable at first. There were seasons where I doubted myself, especially when what I was learning didn’t fit the framework I had been taught in school.

Another challenge was balancing my career and my family. I have two young children, and I reached a point where I realized I didn’t want to miss these early years with them. That meant reworking my schedule, setting boundaries, and trusting that building something slower and more aligned was still success.

Looking back, every obstacle, the doubt, the long hours, the resistance from others, refined my vision. It taught me to stay rooted in my “why”: helping women find peace, purpose, and healing that goes beyond lab results.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Tori King Wellness was created out of a desire to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and true, root-cause healing for women.

I specialize in hormone health and metabolic balance for women in midlife, especially those navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the stress-related symptoms that come with modern living. What makes my approach unique is that I combine my background as a Physician Assistant with the emerging science of quantum biology and a faith-based perspective.

I teach women how light, water, circadian rhythm, and environment affect their hormones just as much as food or supplements do and how aligning their lifestyle with God’s natural design brings healing from the inside out.

My programs and coaching aren’t about restriction or chasing lab numbers. They’re about helping women reconnect to their body’s intelligence, restore energy, and feel peace in their health journey.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that Tori King Wellness represents both science and spirit. It’s deeply evidence-based but equally grounded in faith, connection, and simplicity.

For readers, I’d love them to know that there is another way to approach health, one that honors both physiology and purpose. Whether it’s through 1:1 coaching, group programs, or free educational resources, my mission is to help women feel at home in their bodies again.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I think of risk as an inevitable part of growth. Every time we step toward something aligned with our purpose, there’s uncertainty involved but that doesn’t make it reckless. To me, risk is often a form of faith, trusting that the discomfort of change will lead to something better aligned with who you’re becoming.

I’ve taken professional risks recently to create more space for the work I feel called to do, and while that’s never easy, I believe the greater risk is staying in a place that no longer reflects your vision or values. True progress requires courage, not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move forward anyway.
