Meet Brad Eickhoff of Greater Cincinnati, Ohio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brad Eickhoff.

Hi Brad, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
With over 47 years in the entertainment industry, I’ve seen my fair share of show-stopping moments. One day, a friend who had crafted props for my magic shows mentioned someone he knew who built Foam Cannons. I’d heard of foam parties before, but when I saw the cannon in action, I had one thought: “I need this.”

So, I ordered one straight from the manufacturer—and just like that, Foam Party Entertainment was born. The moment it arrived, I set it up in my backyard and unleashed a cascade of sudsy foam. The neighbors were curious, maybe even a little bewildered, but I knew I was onto something special.

Since then, I’ve been bringing foam-filled fun to parties across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana—from backyard birthdays to daycares, libraries, and festivals. I’m proud to have completed five incredible years of spreading joy, laughter, and bubbles through Foam Parties.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not exactly smooth—but absolutely worth the ride.

Starting Foam Party Entertainment came with its fair share of bumps. In the beginning, people weren’t quite sure what to make of a backyard filled with bubbles. I had to educate folks on what a foam party actually was—and show them it wasn’t just for kids. It could be a blast for all ages.

Logistics posed their own challenges. Figuring out how to transport the equipment, set up efficiently, and handle unpredictable weather took some trial and error. And like any small business, there were moments of doubt—especially during slower seasons when bookings dipped. Our events typically run from May through late September, so timing is everything.

But every challenge taught me something. I refined my setup, built a loyal customer base, and learned how to turn curious glances into repeat clients. Five years in, I can say the road may have had twists, but it’s led to a whole lot of laughter, suds, and unforgettable memories.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I run Foam Party Entertainment, where we specialize in turning ordinary gatherings into unforgettable experiences—one bubble at a time. What started as a backyard experiment has grown into a full-blown party service that brings joy to families, schools, festivals, and communities across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

What sets us apart? It’s not just foam—it’s the experience of the foam. We offer exciting variations like Glow Foam, which lights up the night with neon brilliance, and Color Foam, perfect for themed events or adding a splash of personality. One of our most heartwarming additions has been Doggy Day Care Foam Parties—yes, even pups get their own sudsy celebration!

We’re known for creating safe, high-energy environments where people of all ages can let loose and laugh. Whether it’s a birthday bash, a library summer program, or a daycare surprise, we bring the foam and the fun.

What I’m most proud of is seeing the smiles—watching kids dive into the bubbles, parents join in the fun, and even dogs wag their tails in delight. It’s more than entertainment; it’s a moment of pure joy.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I love most about our city is the sense of community. Whether I’m setting up a foam party in a backyard, at a daycare, or during a local festival, people show up with genuine excitement and support. There’s a friendliness here that makes every event feel personal—like we’re all part of something bigger than just a party.

I also appreciate how family-focused the city is. There are so many opportunities to bring joy to kids and families, and that’s exactly what Foam Party Entertainment is all about.

As for what I like least? I’d say the unpredictability of the weather! Since our events run from May through late September, a sudden storm or heatwave can throw a wrench in the plans. But we’ve learned to adapt, and sometimes those challenges lead to the most memorable moments.
