Hi Thomas , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Starting working in the videogame industry around 2001 working for EB Games as an assistant Manager. I’ve always had an affinity for videogames and the stories they told. They let me be someone or something I was not in the real world. Fantasy or science fiction it didn’t matter it was an escape to another world or dimension. With all the knowledge I learned working for at the time a fortune 500 company it was my goal to own my own shop and be the videogame store I’ve always wanted to see.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Honestly working through 2 owners before taking ownership of Gameplay Unlimited wasn’t too bad. It had it’s up and downs but it let me know what I should do and what I shouldn’t do when taking ownership of my very own gamestore.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Gameplay Unlimited is a buy sell and trade retail store that specializes in videogames and collectables. We have a vast selection of new and used, retro and new release videogames. We also have one of the largest selections of Funko Pop vinyl figures in the state. What sets us apart is our attention to detail and our pride in our products. We treat all products as if they were the rarest and most valuable item to come through the shop. Gameplay Unlimited is a brand for the casual and hardcore gamers alike. We are a family friendly atmosphere where groups of people from all walks of life can enjoy our products, our games and our conversations. We offer better trade prices and less expensive products than our competitors. We have been in business almost 15 years for good reason.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is a career that is rewarding and has never felt like a day of work in my life. My beautiful and amazing wife and my friends and family that have supported my journey and continue to support my efforts to grow Gameplay Unlimited to multiple stores.
