Exploring Life & Business with Mykish Summers of TNT Consulting and Management LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mykish Summers.

Hi Mykish, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey really started long before I launched the company it began with a simple belief: when life feels chaotic, organizing both the space around you and the thoughts inside you creates room for something beautiful to happen.

For more than 20 years I have worked as a social worker, walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s toughest seasons. In that role I saw first-hand how a little structure and the right support can shift someone’s path. Over time I realized that same passion for helping people could be applied not just emotionally but practically.

After two decades of serving others in that way, I started to feel a shift. I wanted to create something that allowed me to use all of my gifts my background in social work, my love for structure, and my passion for seeing people win. That’s when TNT Consulting and Management was born.

TNT Consulting and Management is a business built on the idea of “Tools & Transformation.” We exist to help people get organized with their spaces, their schedules, their transitions so they can confidently move forward. Whether it’s decluttering a home, managing a property, or coaching someone through a life change, our purpose is to bring clarity, confidence and momentum.

What got me here? Faith. Consistency. A genuine love for people. I’ve learned that when you lead with intention, stay organized in your mind, your work, your life you open up possibilities. And honestly, TNT is as much about igniting potential as it is about organizing things. Because I believe that when you clear space externally and internally you don’t just make room for new things. You make room for who you’re meant to become.

I’m grateful for where I am, but I’m most excited about where we’re going.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all! But every bump has taught me something valuable.

When I stepped out on faith to start TNT Consulting and Management, I was leaving behind more than 20 years in social work a field I loved and knew inside and out. Shifting from employee to entrepreneur was both exciting and terrifying. Suddenly, it was all on me: the vision, the marketing, the operations, the money, all of it.

One of the biggest challenges was helping people understand what TNT really does. “Organization” can sound simple, but for me it’s deeper than color-coding bins or decluttering closets. It’s about helping people get unstuck in their space and their mindset. Once people experience that transformation, they get it but getting that message across took time, patience, and a lot of faith.

I’ve also had to learn balance. Between my real estate career, my community work, and running a business, I used to feel like I had to be everywhere at once. Now I’m learning that organization also means creating space for yourself mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

There have definitely been seasons of doubt, slow growth, and late nights wondering if I was doing the right thing. But looking back, every challenge was preparation. Those moments shape me into the leader I am today, and they keep me grounded in why I started in the first place.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about TNT Consulting and Management LLC?
TNT Consulting and Management was born out of my love for helping people find peace through organization. We’re all juggling so much these days careers, family, goals, and responsibilities and sometimes it just takes the right person to help you bring it all into order. That’s where TNT comes in.

At its core, TNT is about “Tools and Transformation.” We help people, families, and businesses get organized, whether that means creating systems in their home, managing a property, coordinating projects, training, or coaching through life transitions. Our approach is hands-on, personal, and heart-centered. I like to say we meet people where they are, but we don’t leave them there.

What makes us different is that I bring my social work background into everything we do. Organization is never just about the physical stuff; it’s about what’s happening emotionally and mentally behind it. I’ve seen how clutter in a space or in life can weigh people down. So when we organize a space or manage a project, we’re really helping people regain control, confidence, and peace of mind.

We also make every service personal. Whether it’s organizing a home, managing a property, or coordinating a project, we meet people exactly where they are and create a plan that makes sense for them. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach at TNT we tailor everything to each person’s goals, lifestyle, and energy.

I’m proud that TNT reflects all the different parts of who I am my social work roots, my passion for real estate, my love for structure, and my heart for helping people. It’s proof that you don’t have to fit into just one box; you can build something that aligns with every part of your purpose.

Our motto is “Results Start with Organization,” and we live by that. I want every client to feel that sense of transformation not just a clean space, but a fresh start.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
The surprise is that my passion for order came out of chaos and procrastination and that’s why I connect with my clients so deeply. I know what it feels like to want more peace, and now I get to help others find it too.

There were times when I felt completely overwhelmed emotionally, mentally, and physically. I had the heart to help others, but I was running on empty. That season taught me firsthand what it feels like to be surrounded by clutter, not just in my space but in my spirit. That’s actually where the idea for TNT Consulting and Management was born. I didn’t want to just help people “clean up.” I wanted to help them heal through organization.
