Hi Carlos and Courtney, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our business was born out of firsthand experience while traveling for work. During Courtney’s time as a travel social worker, we had the opportunity to explore new cities, experience diverse communities, and fully embrace the flexibility and excitement that came with life on the move. Along the way, we found ourselves searching for spaces that matched the experience we wanted: beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed places that truly felt like home.

That journey led us to list our own condo while we were traveling, with the intention of creating the kind of elevated, welcoming space we were always excited to come back to. What started as a single property quickly evolved into something more as we realized how many others were looking for that same level of quality and care.

Experiencing short-term living firsthand gave us a unique perspective and allowed us to refine every detail of what we offer. Today, we’ve grown into a curated collection of fully furnished properties designed to blend comfort, style, and convenience.

We’re passionate about creating spaces that feel effortless yet elevated; places where guests can settle in, feel at home, and enjoy every part of their stay, whether they’re traveling for work or simply exploring somewhere new.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t always been a perfectly smooth road, but those experiences have been incredibly valuable in shaping who we are today. During our time traveling, we encountered a range of challenges, from poor communication with landlords to spaces that didn’t quite meet expectations.

Those moments gave us firsthand insight into what can make or break a short-term stay. Rather than seeing them as setbacks, we used them as learning opportunities. They helped define the kind of property owners we do and do not want to be.

As a result, we’ve built our business around clear communication, thoughtful design, and delivering on what we promise. Every challenge along the way has played a role in helping us create a more seamless, elevated experience for our guests.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We’re Carlos and Courtney Müller, a husband and wife team brought together by a shared love for travel, connection, and new experiences.

Carlos is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a background in business, management, and operations. He’s always had an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys building, creating, and finding new opportunities. Outside of work, Carlos values time with family and friends and loves staying active, especially through volleyball.

Courtney holds a Doctorate in Education from Ashland University and a Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Her career as a travel social worker has taken her to a variety of communities, where she’s been driven by a passion for advocacy, empowerment, and meaningful connection. She naturally brings a people-first perspective into everything she does. Outside of her professional work, Courtney loves hiking, exploring new places, and embracing the adventure that comes with travel.

Together, we genuinely enjoy experiencing life on the move discovering new cities, meeting new people, and creating a lifestyle that blends purpose, flexibility, and exploration.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
We define success by the experience our guests have the moment they walk through the door. It’s about creating a space where people immediately feel comfortable, safe, and at ease no matter how far they are from home. For us, success means providing a seamless transition into a new city, whether someone is relocating, traveling for work, or simply visiting for a short stay. We understand how important it is to arrive somewhere that feels thoughtfully prepared, clean, and welcoming, where every detail has already been considered. Beyond the physical space, we view success as peace of mind. A luxury experience is not only about design, but also about consistency, communication, and trust. Guests should feel confident that their stay will be smooth, supported, and stress-free from start to finish. Ultimately, success is when our guests can relax, settle in, and feel at home whether for a few nights or an extended stay. If we’ve created an environment where they can focus on their work, their travels, or their next chapter without worry, then we know we’ve done our job well.
