Rising Stars: Meet Aseel Brodd of Dublin Ohio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aseel Brodd.

Hi Aseel, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
What started as a simple desire to take better photos of my kids quickly turned into one of the greatest passions of my life.

As a mom, I wanted to capture every little detail—those tiny toes, belly laughs, missing teeth, and messy moments that pass far too quickly. I picked up a camera just to hold on to those memories a little longer. But something unexpected happened: I fell in love with photography.

With a background in art and graphic design, I naturally found joy in composition, color, and storytelling. Photography felt like a perfect extension of everything I already loved about the creative world—only now, I could bring it to life through people’s real, raw, beautiful moments.

That love grew beyond my own family and into capturing the lives of others. Today, I specialize in weddings, families, and newborns—some of life’s most meaningful chapters. Whether it’s a couple saying “I do,” a mom holding her brand new baby, or a family laughing together in golden hour light, I consider it an honor to freeze those memories in time.

Photography has brought me lifelong friendships, unforgettable stories, and a deep appreciation for the art of noticing. And through every lens click, I’m reminded of why I started: the love of family, and the beauty of moments that matter.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The first two years were hard as a business it took time and lots of effort to make it profitable buddies lots of connections marketing collaboration

Photography, I’m proud of the connection I have with my clients and how comfortable I make them feel in front of the camera what sets me apart of others is how organized I am with my work responsive to my emails and messages and the fast delivery of my galleries not letting my clients wait for weeks

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I listen and watch to many things regarding photography but I do love the technology and social media for my marketing apps and tools and that makes things smooth and easy
