Today we’d like to introduce you to Shaniquea Jackson.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m Shaniquea Jackson, better known as Niq, the owner and founder of High Class Consulting, a licensed credit repair organization dedicated to helping individuals fix and build their credit the right way.
My journey with credit began in 2017 while purchasing my first home with my husband. Despite meeting the income requirements, I almost could not be included on the loan due to a charge off tied to a vehicle I had co-signed for years prior. That experience was my wake up call. I realized quickly that income alone does not create opportunity. Credit does.
At the time, I struggled to obtain a vehicle in my own name and held only a low limit store card. Determined to change my situation, I committed to learning how credit truly works and how to repair what was holding me back. Through consistency and discipline, I rebuilt my credit from the low 600s to over 840 today, gained access to over $100,000 in personal and business credit, purchased and refinanced multiple properties, and built my business using credit as a tool.
What started as a personal mission turned into a passion for education. I began teaching family, friends, and real estate clients before officially launching High Class Consulting. Since then, I have helped hundreds of individuals improve their credit profiles while growing an online community of over 200,000 people through practical, transparent financial education
My work is rooted in impact, empowerment, and showing people that with the right knowledge, discipline, and support, their financial future can change.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building my business while maintaining a life outside of it has not always been easy or seamless. One of the most persistent challenges has been finding employees who genuinely care about our clients with the same level of commitment that I do along with having an impeccable work ethic.

There have also been difficult moments where I’ve had to share hard truths with clients about the reality of repairing a credit profile. That process requires time and consistency, and in many cases, it has meant asking clients to delay major plans such as purchasing a home, even when the timing felt ideal to them.

There have been seasons of momentum and seasons that felt heavier, especially while trying to remain consistent with content and manage multiple roles on my own. Much of this journey has been shaped through trial and error, learning in real time, and identifying what was needed only after facing new challenges.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
High Class Consulting is a credit education and credit repair organization focused on helping individuals understand, repair, and strategically build their credit. Our work centers on more than correcting negative information. We specialize in analyzing credit profiles, identifying inaccuracies, and guiding clients through proven, law based strategies that support long term financial improvement and readiness for major goals such as homeownership.

What sets us apart is our commitment to education and transparency. We do not believe in quick fixes or surface level solutions. We focus on helping clients understand how credit works, why certain actions matter, and how to build habits that protect their progress over time. Our approach is structured, intentional, and rooted in compliance, which has helped us build a reputation for professionalism and results.

Brand wise, what I am most proud of is the trust we have earned and the impact we have made through both services and education. High Class Consulting represents clarity, confidence, and empowerment. I want readers to know that our brand is built on the belief that when people truly understand their credit, they are better positioned to create opportunities, make informed financial decisions, and move toward the future they envision.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I believe mentorship and coaching become accessible when you intentionally place yourself in environments surrounded by like minded individuals who operate in the same or similar industries. For me, my life became centered around continuous education within my field, because I understood that mastering what I do required ongoing learning and exposure to new perspectives.

I spent time researching across social media platforms to observe what others in my industry were doing, identifying individuals whose work aligned with my goals, and choosing mentors to follow and learn from. I invested in paid mentorship and traveled to conferences to expand my knowledge and build meaningful connections through networking.

What I believe contributed most to my success was a shift in mindset. I became intentional about my growth, committed to learning, and open to receiving guidance. That willingness to invest in myself and remain teachable made a significant difference in how I advanced in business.
