Today we’d like to introduce you to Reetu Bhargava and Sarah Slusher
Reetu and Sarah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We have been friends since our time at the University of Cincinnati. Go Bearcats!
After college we worked on our respective degrees and began to climb that corporate ladder. Reetu and her husband moved out of Cincinnati to follow work, while Sarah stayed local.
Sarah’s career was put on hold when her twin boys were born early in 2012 and she pivoted to stay home with her children. Since 2012 she has honed her design skills while marrying them to realistic solutions for her busy family. Sarah’s professional journey helped her realize her love for the collaborative process and the value of teamwork.
For 14 years, Reetu balanced a family and worked in a dual career household, including remote learning while working from home, she also managed multiple relocations of her household during those years. In 2020, she made the decision to stay home with her daughters and shortly after, her family moved back to the Cincinnati area.
We reconnected in 2021 to start Revive With Style, using our journey and experience as inspiration. The passion for R+S was born out of our love for helping busy families similar to our own! We understand the daily grind of work, life, and family and are committed to streamlining lives – from putting systems in place to simplify mornings or creating spaces in our homes that reflect our families and personalities. We are opposites in many ways yet living the same busy day to day lives. Therefore we can see all sides of the “busy life” spectrum.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Overall it has been smoother than we expected it to be. We went through an initial learning curve of starting a new business from scratch and working through the rhythm of a service based company. We are planners, therefore the ever changing flow of leads keeps us on our toes.

We’re a professional organizing and interior design company and we combine those services for every client feeling overwhelmed with their home. We bring our organizing and design expertise together from a place of real life problem solving. Whether you just moved into your new home and need it unpacked, organized and/or designed, a room in your home needs to be refined, or spaces in your home need a style pick-me-up, we can help! We pride ourselves on getting to know our customers and meeting them where their needs are. We know that design and organizing can be intimidating – but we’re a zero judgement team that understands the importance of loving the home you live in.
Any big plans?
We are looking forward to building our client base, especially those looking to have more organized systems in place. We are also focused on building our network of referral partners, specifically those in the trades.
