Meet Joshua Trundle of SexyCEO

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joshua Trundle

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My entrepreneurial journey started back in 2015. In 2014 I was working for a smaller boutique style gym for a good 10 months. Of course, It had its ups and downs, but I was doing what I loved, so I didn’t complain. To my surprise, I was fired. Which fueled the motivation to create my own fitness brand which is called Do You Fitness.

Where I am today is a result of a transitional phase from entrepreneurship to businessman. I jumped out into entrepreneurship at 23 years of age. I’ll be honest I had no clue what I was getting myself into. There were two things I was sure of. One of them was my confidence in my skillset within the fitness space. The second was my observing a few people within my life that I noticed made money from a skillset they had so I knew it was possible for me.

Today Do You Fitness has impacted the lives of over 6,000 individuals around the country through fitness, nutrition and educational programs. We’ve been featured multiple times on nationally televised news outlets, partnered with the number 2 ranked hospital in the nation and given back to multiple communities within Cleveland and surrounding areas.

We specialize in helping service-based businesswomen and purpose driven professional women improve their quality of life by reaching their fitness goals, better managing stress and increasing confidence in 90 days through our SexyCEO Fitness Coaching Program.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
If you’re from Cleveland or spent a good amount of time here, do you know how the roads are while you’re driving on Chagrin and it quickly turns into Cleveland? That’s how the journey has been for me to say the least.

The biggest struggle for me was not knowing the importance of investing into the right coaches and how to leverage credit to help grow the business. Everything I’ve done pretty much came out of my own pocket, which as you can guess hindered the timeline of my growth.

We’ve been impressed with SexyCEO, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
SexyCEO is a community of purpose-driven women who desire to look and feel their best on their pursuit of positively impacting others and creating wealth for their families and themselves.

Within this community we offer a 90-day fitness coaching program where we specialize in a holistic approach that allow the women we serve to create a better quality of life by reaching their fitness goal and increasing their confidence as well as productivity. We also have a new E-Book titled 6 Fat Loss Secrets For Women in Business, for those that might not be ready for a full coaching program or want to test out our methods,

What sets us apart from other fitness programs besides having a nutritionist that has a progressive instead of a restrictive approach to nutrition, full understanding of what women experience within running a business and servicing clients, is the accessibility/ 1:1 coaching that comes with it. You’re going to face challenges and to have access to someone who knows how to navigate 90% of the challenges you’ll face is priceless.

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is on the pursuit of wealth, business and working professionals prioritize their mental, physical and emotional health. Being raised by parents who come from a survival mode/ all gas no breaks mindset in order to provide for a family I believe if effects the quality of life you live. The last thing someone wants to do is spend all their hard-earned money trying to get healthy enough to enjoy it.
