Meet Jessica Rue of Just Laundry LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Rue.

Hi Jessica, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In November 2025, Jessica saw a need within Marysville, OH community to open a high-end mobile laundry business. Knowing she could help provide a service for the busy families in her area. She and her husband Braden did some research, figured out a business plan and spent countless late nights refining the idea. Finally, after lots of hard work and praying “Just Laundry” was created. While operating there wash, dry fold laundry service, Jessica also works part time as a cardiac nurse in Columbus OH, and Braden works full time as an Engineering project manager for Honda. Full time parents to two little boys! Elias,6 and Owen, 4.

Just Laundry exists to make everyday life easier by providing a dependable, high-quality wash, dry and fold outsourcing service the community can trust. Our commitment is to service. The foundation is carried upon a servants heart- finding purpose, gratitude and fulfillment in helping others, especially during hardships.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Although we haven’t been in business long, Jessica definitely thought she would have had costumers jumping at this service. It took well over a month of promoting her business before she would get her first client! She has really pushed herself out of her comfort zone when it comes to social media presence and marketing, but consistency has been a huge factor in this.

Learning to balance her work/home life with this side business has been a challenge, but rewarding! Also learning to navigate her clients laundry with her families laundry, making sure to keep everything separate, and organized

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Just Laundry LLC?
We are a mobile outsourcing laundry business. Where we specialize in wash, dry and fold service. Doing this from our home, helping others busy families with the daunting task of endless laundry! Taking that chore off their to do list, helping them lighten the load and making it confident for them, while also giving back their time, something very valuable to most!

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Social media has been a huge factor for networking! Everyone is online, scrolling, engaging, so that is the best way to get your business out there! Also attending seminars in the like-minded business areas, to help grow and learn from others who are doing what you have started!
