Meet Jada Lyshe

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jada Lyshe. 

Hi Jada, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have been in business and building my brand for 2 years. My goal when I first started was to bring nice quality luxury glasses to the city. I began with attending pop-up shops in the city and all throughout the states. I have been participating in pop-up shops in Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo, and Dayton began to get my name out in those cities, then expanded to other cities/states: Texas, Louisiana, Atlanta, Alabama, Chicago, Indianapolis, & more. I’ve started to build on my brand and tap into J.Lyshe Apparel as well. Being that my business is an online store, I try to get my name out by constantly networking & pushing my brand. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Building a brand definitely comes with some struggles; it is not an easy job. One of my strengths is it takes me a lot to get stressed so it’s easier to adjust to different challenges I face. I work to stay consistent in spite of the challenges that comes my way.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I have worked at Talbert House since 2013. I began working in the halfway house for a few years and now my current position is Outpatient Case Manager for mental health and I’ve held this position for 7 years. 

Who else deserves credit in your story?
I have a very supportive family. My brother Kamaron Lyshe who owns his own photography company, Kam’s Cam Photography, provides his services by shooting pictures for my website which includes photoshoots with my products and models. 

I have received a lot of support within my city from friends, other business owners, and even strangers. I’ve connected with so many amazing people, even people who have modeled in photoshoots for me. 

Even though my business is online, I recently teamed up with Nyisha at Ny’s Luxxury Kloset to display selected styles located at 925 Hollytree Dr, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
