Meet Heather Shirey of Gahanna

Today we’d like to introduce you to Heather Shirey.

Hi Heather, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started out when I was pregnant and put on bed rest from my full time job back in 2017. I needed a hobby and something to do everyday. It started out as fashion and then quickly grew into home decor and being a “foodie”. I moved to Columbus in 2019 and have only grown since!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Never. But no good success comes without challenges. There was a period of time when I wasn’t getting paid for anything I posted and that was hard with a 7 year old and a newborn.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an influencer and social media manager. My video style is really what I am known for. I am proud of growing my business to the point where I can work but be home with all my kids. I would say my personality really sets me apart!

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
unsure really! but i am super flexible and adapt easily to change.
