Hi Hau, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Hi my name is Hau and my English name is Helen and i glad to share my story to everyone. I’m a nail tech work at Angle Nails & spa a few years then one day the owner wanted to sell his business. I grabbed the opportunity so I can become the nail salon owner.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since that nail Salon was kind of outdated & kind of slow! After the purchase, in order to attract more new customers, I decided to do a complete Remodel plus improve advsertising, work quality and customer satisfaction which consumed a substantial amount of time, finance and effort. We have upgrade everything nail tech, supply, decorations for hold nails salon.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a nail technician but after taking over the nail salon, my priority is to manage my nail salon to ensure my customers are satisfied with our nail services from the minute they walk in until they leave.

I am known for providing an affordable high-quality manicure & pedicure services at a reasonable prices ensuring satisfaction with professional care!

I am most proud of being able to provide high-quality manicure & pedicure services to the community!

What sets me apart from others are good customer satisfaction, sanitary & reasonable price and we always make sure client left with happy mood.

How do you define success?
To me, success means customer satisfaction, customers return & referrals!
