Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabrie’le Eato.
Hi Gabrie’le, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
its crazy to say but I am 26, have been the CBXO for the Golden rule society founded by 5 time nobel peace prize nominee Len Kaine, What started as me just wanting to help people with simplistic websites… turned into me in less than a year being a founder, a savant (well I have always been one, but didnt value myself so didn’t really embrace it), tiktok influencer with over 101.6K followers, an author, a global thought leader, and I am also am clinically diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. I grew up being bullied for simply existing as myself. Could be dead right now. Depression, Anxiety, OCD, so many things. But refuse to let a label define me ever again.
The way I smiled, laughed, or even stimmed was called “weird” or “wrong.” The clothes I wore. Everywhere I went — school, home, even work — I was told to stop, to change, to be someone else. That constant rejection made me feel worthless. I struggled with body image, self-hate, and even moments where I wanted to end my life. I am very verbal, and I don’t have a stereotypical presentation, so people haven’t always understood me. Autism is a very diverse spectrum, and this mission is very important to me, because often times, someone may not present stereotypically, and someone will belittle their struggle.
But instead of letting it break me, I transformed that pain into my purpose. I type 22o WPM and have been coding since I was 10 years old, and later combined that with my training in psychology and psychometrics. Out of that fusion came Eleable™, my global digital design psychology agency that now works with many celebrities, global leaders, and more. Eleable builds ADA/WCAG-forward websites and brand systems that are inclusive, legally protective, and human-first. But it’s more than business — it’s my mission.
Because of what I went through, I’ve committed my life to making sure others — especially kids — don’t grow up feeling like they have to erase themselves to be loved. I travel globally to schools, I volunteer myself to speaking directly to students about self-worth, teaching them that they are so much more than a label. My work blends design, psychology, and advocacy — but at its core, it’s about helping people love themselves unapologetically. Every sale I make contributes to this mission.
I went from being bullied into silence to founding an agency that amplifies voices and builds inclusive spaces worldwide. Today, I stand strong — Autistic, ADHD, and proud — and I’m on a mission to make sure no one is ever made to feel less than who they truly are. While I love coding, my priority is showing other people they are whole, they are worthy of love. Not only the autistic community, the whole entire world. We are more than a label, a label can help us identify who we are, but we are beautiful beings.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Growing up, I was bullied, misunderstood, and constantly told to change who I was — the kids told me to hang myself… my laugh, my smile, my stims, even the way I carried myself, it felt like the world hated me. All day, every day of my life. That rejection cut deep and led me to battles with depression, body image, and even moments where I questioned if life was worth living.
I started to feel that is what I deserved, and I started devalue myself because of it. I look at before and after pictures of myself and its so crazy how when you take care of yourself, know your value, things just shift. Everyone is a reflection of who we are.
We are part of everyone, so the internal we feel inside, is also a reflection of who we are.
When I started Eleable, I also faced the uphill challenges of being a young, neurodivergent founder in spaces that don’t always value inclusion or accessibility. My age didn’t help, I am a mixed neurodivergent entrepreneur. Many people underestimated me, dismissed my vision, or saw ADA/WCAG compliance as “extra” instead of essential. They also I think didn’t feel I looked the way I should, i was kinda laughed at for my looks and my dreams. I found this platform called alignable though, and i have found such supportive community there, and its like my business has grown so much. There I also found my greatest mentor, John D. Allen who believed in me when most didn’t. I was told to get a job at Walmart and that basically my business would fail.
Now I own one of the biggest digital design global agencies in the world. The first every digital design psychology agency.
Through him I met a friend named Cupid, she is increidble as well in helping you love yourself and prioritize your health over anything. She owns an agency called Arrow Advising that helps with branding, but her purpose is not just branding, its really aiming for authenticity. I love her dearly! Building a global agency while carrying the weight of my own lived experiences hasn’t been easy. I live on my own with my dog, so I just had to make like nike and just do it.
But those struggles shaped me. They’re the reason I can sit across from a student, a client, or a business owner and say with confidence: “You are more than a label. You don’t have to shrink to fit.” Every obstacle I faced became the foundation of Eleable — a company that builds not just websites, but spaces where people feel safe, seen, and valued.
So no, it wasn’t smooth — but I wouldn’t trade the struggle, because it gave me the resilience and empathy that fuel my work today.

At its core, Eleable is about more than websites or logos. It’s about creating digital spaces that empower, protect, and elevate. When you work with us, you’re not just buying design services — you’re joining a movement that says authenticity, inclusivity, and purpose always come first.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Seeing others find themselves, know to trust within, and love themselves. I love seeing when someone can let go of worrying so much what others think to be their wholesome self they are called to be.
I love seeing others light up when they talk about their special interests or when they are understood.
I love the impact that I can make in the lives of many due to my unique experiences in life. I love that I didn’t die, when I could have been a victim to suicide. Its actually suicide prevention month, and it means even more to me saying this.
The ability to make change from my home! I literally help nonprofits in AFRICA.. crazy! I was sent these photos of these really happy kids, and it just meant the world to me that something that could have been tragic, ended up being something so beautiful. And I love myself now, I used to hate myself, I love myself now! Thats what makes me happy! Unapologetic self love and the ability to help other people!
