Meet Frank Cretella of CRETELLA SERVICES, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Frank Cretella.

Hi Frank, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2007 I was looking for a job and stumbled upon an entry level position at a towing company. I spent four years working there moving up the ranks starting out with towing cars to eventually towing semi trucks as well as some minor repair work. After 4 years of working there I moved onto another company where after a year I was promoted to general manager and eventually president of the corporation.

While employed there many of our customers brought to my attention that there was a growing need for roadside breakdown assistance for minor repairs on commercial trucks and trailers. In 2018 after spending the past 11 years in the towing industry I decided to go out on my own and focus solely on roadside repair service for commercial trucks and trailers. I started with one customer and a used pickup truck. Over the past 7 years the company has grown little by little and we now have 4 trucks and we provide roadservice and fleet maintenance to some of the nation’s biggest trucking companies.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
These days I would say the biggest struggle is not having enough manpower. Over the past few years it’s become even harder to find qualified applicants.

We’ve been impressed with CRETELLA SERVICES, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We provide on-site repair service for commercial trucks and trailers. This includes 24 hour roadside breakdown as well as scheduled fleet maintenance and repair. I think what we’re most known for is our high attention to detail and our quality workmanship that is second to none. Aside from that we are pretty well known for working on niche specialty equipment such as Landoll trailers. I think what sets us apart from other companies is that we really care about our customers. We focus on quality over quantity and I think our customers appreciate that we take the extra time needed to do everything correctly because we follow all OEM and ASE repair guidelines.
