Today we’d like to introduce you to Dane’sha Nicole. 

Hi Dane’sha Nicole, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I always had passion for the beauty industry. From a youth, all I remember doing was hair and makeup. I started in the beauty industry at 13 years old, braiding hair out the house and sneaking makeup sessions in the middle school bathroom. Fast forward 24 years later, I’m still doing what I love and been blessed to have clientele who believes in and support my art as much as I do. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being in the beauty industry has its up and downs. Some months can be booming, and cash flow is consistent, then you have some months that are slower. But hey, that’s the beauty game!

I’m a master cosmetologist/loctitian specializing in loc’d and natural hair of all textures. I’m proud of the fact that my clients receive five-star service each and every time they sit in my chair. I feel what sets me apart from others is my customer service experience and attention to detail. I make sure to give positive vibes and a fly hairstyle every time. 

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
My most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey as a hairstylist and makeup artist is remaining patient, especially if you’re rebuilding your clientele from the ground up, and always remaining a student to this ever-evolving beauty industry.
