Hi Dana, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m a 3rd generation Realtor and have lived in Cincinnati since 2006. I literally grew up in the real estate business so you could say it’s in my DNA. As a full-time licensed Realtor in Cincinnati in 2012 specializing in residential home sales on the East side of Cincinnati and Anderson Twp, I love being able to guide and help my clients with all the steps in buying and/or selling a home.
Getting to truly know my clients and how I can best help them with one of the biggest financial decisions they will make is a huge responsibility. I pride myself on providing exceptional service, experience and results while minding all the details of buying or selling a home to make the process as stress free as possible for my clients. As a Realtor that is also a Certified Home Stager, I am able to provide professional home staging services to my seller clients to ensure that their home’s unique features are highlighted and that their home sells at the best possible price. I’m proud to say that my average days on market is 2 days or less with a listing price to sale price ratio of 109% for my seller clients since 2012.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Real estate is far from a smooth road, it’s constantly changing and each transaction is different – it’s part of what I love about it. Being flexible, organized, and on top of all the complexity and details of buying and/or selling a home is my super power.
