Meet Bunny Roberts of Copacetic Aesthetix!

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bunny Roberts.

Hi Bunny, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started freelance business consulting in 2014. By this time I’d been a licensed cosmetologist specializing in highlights and cuts and I’d recently closed out a passion project turned business called Tres Doux.

Through the previous two endeavors I realized I had a passion for branding and marketing more than anything else AND I realized that so many people had no idea how easy it was to start a business.

So was born Kumi Konsulting.

Gratitude towards DECA back when they were experimental ! Throughout my freshman year of high school I was taught coding and graphic design. As I found clients to consult with, I realized many of them really just needed a website to start making sales. They were lacking legitimacy. So I started developing websites for some of the clients I would do business consulting with.

Unfortunately, however, since many of them fell, I had no formal training. They were hesitant about paying what I believed I was worth. So in 2015 I decided to go back to Wright State University and enroll in the business college where I ended up earning my marketing degree with a concentration and consumer insight in 2018.

As soon as I graduated, I decided I already knew exactly what I was doing with my consulting firm and now I had what I needed to make my desired audience believe I could help them so I’ve been operating my firm ever since and have not been an employee since 2018. Even then, I only worked with the university in their marketing department for experience.

Over the years as I’ve worked with hundreds of different clients around the country I’ve learned a lot about different industries, different types of people, and even more about myself. I have morphed and changed from marketing to branding to branding and wellness to back to just branding in marketing and now I’ve landed on brand strategy.

This day and age people make it seem incredibly easy to start a business. Significantly easier than before and there’s a wealth of information so the average person starting a business understands the importance of websites and social media.

Now what’s typically lacking is a clear strategy, strong positioning, and branding that speaks to a very specific audience. So as of 2026 I’ve stripped down a lot of my old services (however I do still have a secret menu) and have been focusing on full brand audits, which I call Copacetic Clarity Checks, and strategy sessions to assist business owners when it comes to actually getting their brand to convert into money.

I focus on helping purpose driven, creative entrepreneurs build strategies and systems that allow them to create freely and eventually live freely altogether.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’m grateful that my road has seemed like it’s been smoother than most. The hardest part was definitely in the beginning, trying to convince people that I was worth the price as I was charging. At that time, I didn’t fully understand signaling and my target audience and I wasn’t clear on exactly who it was that I wanted to help most.

There have been many times that I have chosen to pivot, but I would not call those times struggles because I built my business to be adaptable as I’m a creative myself. It’s exciting to me when the external world changes in a way that challenges me to reposition myself and still make sure that I’m profiting consistently.

However, don’t let my answer delude you. Entrepreneurship is extremely difficult if you don’t have a personality that it comes natural to. Even with a personality that it comes natural to there are lots of challenges to overcome. Learning to manage your personal life on top of being a business owner is the number one challenge and that’s exactly why I developed my conscious businessing theory and programs.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I guide talented, purpose-driven women to clarity so they can make consistent money. This looks like audits their brand to see what isn’t connecting, where they’re losing the sale exactly. And if needed, assisting them with a solid strategy for success.

What sets me apart is incredibly nuanced even though it doesn’t sound as intense as it is.

I ask the right questions.

A lot of people have tons of answers, especially for free. They’re getting advice from multiple sources and it’s great advice ! It all works and we’ve seen other people follow it and they’ve found success. So what’s the problem when it comes to you ?

None of that information fits specifically what you’re doing.

I don’t just look at your business in isolation and the most common road to success. I’m a *creative* branding firm for a reason. They don’t call me #TheVibeCreator for nothin’ !

I look at a person’s overall vibe. Let’s take your personality in lifestyle into consideration when we’re looking at strategies. Because it doesn’t matter how good the idea is if you personally cannot stick to it. I also look at the goals you have for yourself in the goals you have for your business to see where they overlap and where they might conflict. And then I look at your Target audience and your offers and ask questions to see why is this your audience and does this really solve their problem or not ? You’d be surprised what all we discover in these sessions and how drastic the changes end up being fed the clients make.

Clarity brings ease and they always appreciate that. When things are easier, you feel more free and that’s the ultimate goal. To feel free. Since we have to make money in order to live comfortably, how can we make money in the funnest most efficient way possible so that we can get to real life while we’re still relatively youthful and full of energy ?

My passion for this also very much sets me apart. This is not just a business to me. I didn’t develop these services because I just need to pay my bills. My God given purpose is to live out loud and inspire other people to do the same. To show people you can genuinely do what you want and make it work.

And what I want to do is help people live a meaningful life on their own terms. It is my duty to show as many talented purpose driven people as possible the easiest way for them to make enough money to fulfill their purpose comfortably in the way they see fit. I cannot express enough how serious I take this. I put my all into the services that I give because it’s so much bigger than business.

I want people to know that when they book for me, they need to be prepared for a total transformation and not just a service. You only stumble upon me when it’s time for you to change your life for the better and it’s time for you to take a leap ! I’d be more than happy for you to join my Vibe Crew !

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I have honestly had tons of supporters, even though I have not had any mentors or any type of real professional assistance in developing any of my businesses or brands. Although I did go get my marketing degree, again it was more for the signaling that I deserve the money I’m charging. I didn’t actually learn that much for my degree since I was already owning and operating a business.

People say you have to reach out to strangers to be successful or you have to leave your hometown and I want to say that’s not true and just thank you to Dayton in general. I was born and raised here. I know so many people in the city having had 33 jobs and having went to 13 different schools. A vast majority of these people I’ve met along the way have supported every single entrepreneurial endeavor I’ve ever had from braiding hair in elementary to selling candy in middle school to babysitting in high school to doing hair and makeup out of college to now. I am incredibly grateful for my city and all of its gems always being there for me ! Without them I would not have been brave enough to expand nationwide.
