Meet Breahna Whitehair of Queen City Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Breahna Whitehair.

Hi Breahna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my career over 12 years ago in the dental field, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, patient care, and really understanding the structure of the face. Working so closely with the muscles of the jaw gave me a unique perspective that I didn’t fully realize the value of at the time.

Over time, I found myself drawn to the aesthetic side as I started noticing aging in my own skin. Realizing that helping people not just feel healthy, but confident in their skin, was a true game changer in loving what I now do. I really fell in love with results-driven work.

One of the ways I’ve been able to bridge my dental background into what I do now is through buccal massage. Having that familiarity with intraoral anatomy allows me to approach it with a deeper level of precision and confidence, and it’s become a signature part of my services-especially for clients dealing with jaw tension, TMJ, or facial sculpting goals.

From there, I continued expanding into treatments like microneedling and advanced facial techniques, and specializing in Bridal skincare and wedding prep. I’ve always been very intentional about not just offering services, but understanding the “why” behind them and delivering real, visible results.

Today, I’ve built a business that blends clinical knowledge with a more elevated, personalized experience. My goal is always to create results while making clients feel completely taken care of. I’m constantly evolving, learning, and refining myself and my business.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it’s definitely not a smooth road—and honestly, it’s still not. I’m still in it.

I’m building my business while raising a two-year-old and working full-time managing Queen City Smiles, so most of this is happening in the in-between moments—early mornings, late nights, and whatever time I can carve out. It’s a constant balancing act, and there are days where it feels like I’m being pulled in every direction.

There are still growing pains. I’m still building my clientele, still refining my brand, still figuring out how to scale while maintaining the level of service I care about. Some weeks are great, and others are slower, and I have to remind myself that that’s part of the process.

And the industry itself adds another layer—it’s saturated, trends move fast, and not everything aligns with the results-driven work I want to be known for. Offering services like buccal massage and more corrective treatments means I’m constantly educating clients and standing behind my approach, even when it’s not the most mainstream.

But I think being in it right now has made me really resilient. It’s forcing me to get clear on what I stand for, stay consistent, and trust that what I’m building is going to last. It’s not easy, but it’s very real—and I think that’s what’s shaping everything.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Queen City Aesthetics?
My business is centered around results-driven, advanced skincare with a really strong foundation in anatomy and intention behind every service. I don’t just offer facials to relax—I focus on treatments that actually create change in the skin and the structure of the face over time.

I specialize in things like Procell microneedling, hair growth treatments, corrective skincare, and buccal massage. Buccal has become a big part of what I’m known for because it ties directly into my background in dentistry—I have a deep understanding of the muscles inside the mouth and jaw, so I’m able to work in a way that’s both therapeutic and sculpting. It’s not just a trend for me—it’s very intentional.

What sets me apart is that I’m not chasing every trend or offering a menu of everything. I’m really selective about what I bring in, and everything I offer has a purpose and a result behind it. I take a more clinical, customized approach, but still create an elevated experience where clients feel taken care of.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that I’ve stayed true to that. It would be easy to water things down or follow what’s popular, but I’ve built something that’s rooted in knowledge, trust, and consistency. My clients know they’re getting honest recommendations and treatments that are actually designed for their skin—not just what’s trending.

I want people to know that my business is for someone who wants real results but also values the experience. It’s not one-size-fits-all, and it’s not surface-level skincare. Everything I do is very intentional, and I’m always evolving and refining to make sure I’m delivering the best possible outcome for my clients.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I’m really focused right now on building a strong bridal network of trusted wedding industry professionals. My goal is to collaborate with like-minded vendors—planners, makeup artists, photographers—who value a high level of service and want to create a seamless, elevated experience for their clients.

I want my brides to feel fully taken care of, not just through skincare, but through every part of their wedding experience. So I’m always open to connecting with professionals who are aligned in that and interested in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
