Hello ~ Today, the complexity of artificial intelligence and data analytics is a major threat to standard ways of working in business. The rapid shift to AI is causing stress, vulnerability, and worry for some. Yet, AI generates curiosity and eye-opening fascination for others. The pace of change stuns us and requires our shift in attention.
C-suite leaders who focus on marketing, media, and advertising costs as well as return on investment want quality information and full transparency; without it, gray areas lead to stagnation, confusion and mistrust among stakeholders.

I founded a marketing consulting practice in the early 1990s that measures the core values most important to stakeholder groups and the potential advertising agencies they would hire to create successful work for their brands.
After 35 years of experience, I developed an affordable, online platform CultureScanPRO that measures the values most important to the subscriber. This individual can invite up to 20 people to participate in the version of the CultureScanPRO survey in her/his name.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Over many decades external challenges were roadblocks that needed to be addressed, often because of the impact on the economy.
For my personally, I am a two time cancer survivor and those years required a shift into health and wellness as a priority.

While we are inundated with information that comes from multiple sources, I think the relevance of what we listen to, watch or read should elevate our understanding of the world. Whether it is in laughter, conversation, silence or prayer an individual often experiences fresh, fluid thinking, new ideas and the door opens to the path forward.
My book “What Leaders Dare to Discover?” What Values Matter the most to you?” will be available in May 2026 to capture the way we can Discover, Dream, Design, Define to lead us full circle to our Destination.
