Today we’d like to introduce you to KeAnna Daniels and Bridget Flaherty. Them and their team share their story with us below:
In the winter of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, KeAnna and Bridget sat in a coffee shop in downtown Dayton talking about life. As they vulnerably shared their healing journeys with one another, they shared a vision for creating a space for women of all walks of life to have a space for vulnerable and courageous conversations about their life’s journey. From that conversation, TTT and the podcast was born. Since that time, KeAnna and Bridget have reached thousands of women, inspiring healing and sharing love. As of 2023, Tears, Tides, and Transformation is expanding into retreats and conferences, creating more ways for women to connect and support one another on the healing journey.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The TTT project has been a safe place for us to be in flow with one another. Sometimes that means that deadlines get moved, or priorities get shifted, but that is the point. Running a business and healing at the same time can work. It simply requires that we give ourselves, each other, and the people that we work with grace. We are learning, unlearning, and practicing what a healthy work-life looks and feels like. This isn’t always a straight line and sometimes we need to adjust, which hasn’t always been smooth but has always been meaningful. It’s a growth journey.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
