Purdie Cleaning was built from a simple realization—businesses needed dependable, high-quality cleaning delivered with consistency, care, great customer service and professionalism.

Before starting the company, I worked in corporate, healthcare, and construction environments, where I saw how critical cleanliness is—from patient safety to final construction turnover. I also noticed common gaps: inconsistent service, missed details, and a lack of ownership. That’s what inspired me to start Purdie Cleaning.

In the beginning, I managed every part of the business myself, committed to doing things the right way. Growth came through consistency, trust, and strong relationships. Networking and delivering on commitments helped open doors and build lasting partnerships.

Today, Purdie Cleaning serves offices, warehouses, medical facilities, and construction projects, including post-construction cleanings. We’ve grown into a structured, service-driven company offering day porter services, deep cleaning, floor care, and specialized medical cleaning, supported by advanced systems and strong quality control.

While we’ve grown, our foundation remains the same—reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. The goal is to continue building one of the top-rated commercial cleaning companies in Ohio, known not just for what we do, but how we do it and staying true to those standards.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In the early stages, I managed every part of the business while working to grow and build credibility in a competitive industry. Earning trust required consistency and delivering high-quality results every time.

As the company grew, building the right team and maintaining consistent standards became a priority, especially while meeting the high expectations and tight timelines of healthcare and construction environments.

Each experience strengthened my resilience, reinforced the value of relationships, and helped shape the company into what it is today.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
As a Cincinnati native, I love the city’s strong sense of community, pride, and resilience. Cincinnati feels like a place where people still value relationships, hard work, and supporting local businesses. I appreciate the mix of historic roots and continued growth, and I’m proud to build and serve my business in a city that truly feels like home.
