Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
1. Limited staffing or wearing many hats. -handling prep, marketing , sales and customer service myself.
2. Time management-balancing orders, prep time, deliveries, and ingredient sourcing.
3. Inconsistent supply or quality of fresh produce-especially when relying local vendor or dealing with seasonal changes.
4. Food waste and inventory management-making sure ingredients stay fresh without overbuying.
5. Figuring out what I needed to do first with running a food business /where the best place to be that will suite my business and the needs for my business.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
