Hi Sarah, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my real estate career because I’ve always loved everything about homes. After years as a fashion stylist and working in visual merchandising, guiding clients through buying or selling a home felt like a natural progression. Today, I focus on providing client-first, thoughtful guidance that makes the real estate journey easier—and surprisingly enjoyable. I’m also developing Haus Party, a project that will share local insights, spotlight trusted service providers, and connect the community—initially as a newsletter, with a podcast to follow.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Real estate is anything but a smooth road—every transaction is unique with its own set of twists and turns! But I love helping clients navigate the process on their terms. I focus on creating a truly personalized experience, acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients make smart decisions. Most of my business comes from referrals, which is the highest compliment a client can give me—and honestly, that’s what keeps me motivated and loving what I do every day.

Our recent merger with Compass gives me even more tools and resources to serve my clients—everything from advanced marketing technology to broader access to listings—while maintaining the personal, client-first service I’m known for. I specialize in creating a personalized experience for each client, helping them make informed decisions. What sets me apart is the combination of thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and the trust I build with my clients. Most of my business comes from referrals, which I consider the highest compliment. With Coldwell Banker and Compass behind me, I’m able to offer a level of support, expertise, and innovation that makes the home-buying or selling process smoother, smarter, and even enjoyable.

What matters most to me is helping people feel confident and cared for as they make important life decisions. Whether it’s buying a first home, selling a family property, or planning for the future, I want my clients to know they have a trusted guide who truly listens and understands their goals. Beyond real estate, I care deeply about community—connecting people, sharing knowledge, and celebrating the unique character of German Village where I serve as a Welcome Wagon & Village Connections Volunteer. I am also on the Maifest Gala Committee this year, one of the German Village Societies most coveted events that serves to honor our landmarks and their caretakers. While raising funds to ensure our legacy thrives long into the future. After all, when you own a historical home you are merely its caretaker preserving it for the next proud caretaker. I enjoy making a positive impact in someone’s life, even in small ways, this is what motivates me every day.
