Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandrina Webb.
Hi Alexandrina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey in healthcare working behind the scenes — learning the systems, the billing structures, the regulations, and most importantly, the gaps. I saw how many providers, especially small home health and community-based agencies, were passionate about serving patients but overwhelmed by the complexity of credentialing, compliance, and revenue cycle management.
What began as helping a few providers navigate billing challenges quickly turned into something much bigger. I realized there was a real need for hands-on, relationship-driven support — not just someone submitting claims, but someone partnering with providers personally and professionally.
That’s how Healthcare Billing360 was born. I built the company around structure, integrity, and education. We don’t just bill — we build systems. We help agencies understand their numbers, stay compliant, and scale confidently.
Over the years, the company has grown significantly. I’ve expanded into credentialing, policy development, consulting, and team training, and I now lead a growing team that supports agencies across Ohio and beyond.
Alongside business growth, I’ve also leaned into storytelling and content creation — sharing the real journey of entrepreneurship, faith, family, and resilience. My story isn’t one of overnight success; it’s one of steady building, refining, and trusting the process.
Today, I’m proud to say I’ve built a company that supports providers in delivering quality care — while also creating a life that allows me to dream bigger, travel more, and inspire other women to step fully into their vision.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Entrepreneurship has stretched me in ways I never anticipated. One of the biggest challenges has been building something from the ground up without a blueprint. In the beginning, I wore every hat — billing, credentialing, client communication, compliance, systems, and administration — while still managing family responsibilities.
Another challenge has been navigating cash flow and client boundaries. In healthcare billing, you often work tirelessly behind the scenes, but reimbursement delays, compliance changes, and staffing issues on the client side can directly impact your work. Learning how to set firm expectations, protect my team’s time, and build structured processes was a major growth point for me as a CEO.
Scaling has also been both exciting and difficult. Hiring and training a team means shifting from “doing the work” to leading others to do it well. That transition required me to grow personally — in communication, delegation, and trusting others.
There have been moments of exhaustion and self-doubt, but each obstacle refined my vision. The challenges didn’t stop the growth — they shaped it. Today, I lead with stronger boundaries, clearer systems, and a deeper understanding of what sustainable success truly looks like.
We’ve been impressed with Healthcare Billing360 LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the Founder and CEO of Healthcare Billing360, a healthcare revenue cycle management and credentialing firm based in Ohio. We specialize in supporting home health agencies, Medicaid waiver providers, and community-based healthcare organizations with billing, compliance, credentialing, and operational systems.
Our mission is simple: to help providers focus on patient care while we handle the complexity behind the scenes. Healthcare regulations and reimbursement structures can be overwhelming, especially for small and mid-sized agencies. We step in as strategic partners — not just billers — building organized systems, ensuring compliance, and helping agencies strengthen their financial foundation.
What sets Healthcare Billing360 apart is our hands-on, relationship-driven approach. We don’t believe in transactional service. We believe in education, transparency, and long-term growth. Many of our clients come to us during challenging seasons — audits, reimbursement delays, or operational gaps — and we help them stabilize, restructure, and scale.
As the company has grown, so has our impact. We now support multiple agencies across Ohio and beyond, and I’ve expanded into consulting, policy development, and team training. Leading a growing team has allowed me to shift from doing everything myself to building a structure that empowers others.
At the heart of it, my work is about strengthening healthcare businesses so they can continue serving their communities with excellence.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
If there’s one thing I would want readers to take away, it’s that building something meaningful takes patience, faith, and consistency. Success doesn’t always look glamorous behind the scenes. It often looks like long nights, hard conversations, refining systems, and learning through mistakes.
I’m especially passionate about encouraging women — particularly women of color — to step boldly into leadership and ownership. You don’t have to wait for permission. You can build the table, create the systems, and lead with both strength and integrity.
For me, entrepreneurship is not just about revenue — it’s about impact, legacy, and freedom. It’s about creating opportunities for my team, stability for my family, and stronger foundations for the providers we serve.
The journey is still unfolding, and I’m excited about what’s ahead.
