Exploring Life & Business with Christian Lamb of The Young Agent at Keller Williams

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christian Lamb. 

Hi Christian, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was encouraged to be in sales in high school and my senior superlative was most likely to be a millionaire. I considered car sales before real estate but ultimately decided on Real Estate sales. I got where I’m at today with the help of a friend who put me in touch with a wildly successful Real Estate agent. That agent had been in the business since he was my age and was approaching retirement. He taught me what I needed to know. I left that company when it was time and I joined a new company. This time, I had multiple mentors. They were specialized in individual areas and I could always go to them for anything. I still am friends with these mentors & they help me on a daily basis. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’ve been blessed in this life with diversity & adversity. Diversity in my upbringing. My two parents, who I lived with both at one point or another, were very very different from each other. I’ve faced adversity as a young professional, people being dismissive of me & my skills. I’ve also faced adversity in business. It is not easy to build the business that I want to build. So, I force myself to face adversity daily. 

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Young Agent at Keller Williams?
I sell Real Estate across the world to anybody who has a need. I am a matchmaker who makes it my focus to place as many people in great homes as possible. I am proud to represent The Young Agent brand. The Young Agent is about being youthful, energetic, and having great hospitality. It also is about being a true expert. We continue to expand our negotiating skills & market knowledge often. We want to empower people. 

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My wife Jessica. She’s been by my side before I ever even became an agent. She’s allowed me to live an unbalanced life to achieve my dreams. She is truly my other half.
