Daily Inspiration: Meet Renzo LaDon

Today we’d like to introduce you to Renzo LaDon.

Hi Renzo, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Renzo Ladon fashion designer of Ladonwave started the brand in Akron Ohio 2020. But it didn’t start as the brand you see today! It first was a drawing of clothing designs with no resources to get produced but in 2020 my mom invested into Ladon & the wave began. LADON is an acronym for “Lions always dream over negativity”. With deeper biblical meanings like Numbers 15:38 that’s talk about the fringes you see on every LaDon piece produced on the runway. Ladonwave is a luxury street wear brand that dives into all genres but is most known for the edgy biker collections.
I have now transitioned into a fashion industry runway designer that only showcases in fashion shows. I have done over 73 fashion showcases worked with NFL stars movie actors & fashion influencers in the industry. Things got dry for ladonwave & I noticed I needed to go into another lane to continue to push the brand so I became a fashion youtuber I have grew the channel to over 1K subscribers hosted live casting calls allowed models to showcase their talents to over 2.9K fashion viewers on YouTube live & now I’m on to the next level.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No ain’t nothing really smoove when you not taking short cuts. A struggle is building the community without support or the people it will be extremely hard.

I’m most proud of how I can incorporate everything I named into what I do today I only see this getting bigger & bigger

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I went to LA for a week in a modeling showcase called IMTA & got to model & act infront of major agents at 18

Next best childhood memory is my first ever fashion showcase was at Kent state fashion school. I was 17 years old putting garments on a runway
