Dr. Jackie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and women’s health specialist dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies throughout the perinatal journey. With advanced training in perinatal musculoskeletal care, she focuses on guiding expectant mothers through the physical changes of pregnancy—addressing issues like pelvic girdle pain, low back or hip discomfort, postural shifts, and muscle tension that commonly arise as the body adapts for birth.
Her approach blends evidence-based physical therapy, gentle hands-on techniques, guided movement, and education to help women understand what their bodies are experiencing and how to move through pregnancy with less pain and more ease. Dr. Jackie is especially passionate about preparing the hips, pelvis, and pelvic floor for labor. Through targeted mobility, nervous-system calming strategies, strength training, and birth-positioning guidance, she helps her clients build confidence and improve readiness for an easier, smoother vaginal delivery.
