Hi Eboni, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
What inspired me to start my very first business MY BABY, Bling by Beb ,was that I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I remember graduating college and telling myself, “I want to own my own business,” even though I had no clue where to start. I prayed about it, asked God for direction, and eventually followed a small sign: people would always compliment and ask to buy my shades my dreams. So, I decided to take a leap. I bought a sample, launched a website, and within six months to a year, I made $30K at just 19 years old.

That moment shifted everything. It showed me that I could really do this and from there, I never looked back. I’ve since grown five other businesses, and I truly love what I do. Entrepreneurship is not just what I do, it’s who I am.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
But the road wasn’t always smooth. Being so tall and standing out meant I had to build my confidence and presence from the inside out. I literally learned everything on my own. There were bumps, challenges, moments of doubt but every single lesson shaped me. And that’s actually my favorite part of this journey because now I get to teach others what I had to figure out the hard way. They don’t have to go through the same struggles. I turned those lessons into fuel, and since then, I’ve grown five other businesses.

I love what I do, and I’m just getting started.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Most people know me for my jewelry brand, Bling by Beb—that’s where it all started. But over the years, I’ve grown into so much more than just a jewelry entrepreneur.

I originally got into credit repair because so many people wanted to buy jewelry on credit. That opened my eyes to a much bigger need, especially in our community—financial education, credit building, and real wealth creation. From there, I became a certified tax preparer and financial coach. I made financial mistakes young, and now that I’m still young and correcting them, I want to help others avoid the same pitfalls. It’s important to me that we learn how to build homes, businesses, and legacies through smart money moves and solid credit.

At the same time, Bling by Beb continues to evolve. I’m expanding into solid gold jewelry, and I have a dream of becoming a bench jeweler, creating custom pieces from scratch.

There’s also a service side to my business. I’m an advanced esthetician, specializing in teeth whitening, teeth gems, and irrigations. I’m currently in nursing school as well, not only to level up my knowledge, but to fully understand the anatomy and safety behind the services I provide.

So yes, I wear many hats but every single one has a purpose. I’m building businesses, helping others shine, and pouring into my purpose daily. It’s not just about making money it’s about making impact.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was definitely a firecracker. Honestly, nobody would’ve expected me to become who I am today. I was what some would call a “bad kid”—getting into fights, struggling to find my identity, and constantly searching for something more. I didn’t act how I was raised, even though I was raised by a beautiful woman with a beautiful soul. I come from the system, but I was adopted and given love and guidance. Still, I had to fight a lot of internal battles to truly figure out who I was and what I was capable of.

My upbringing was rough. I lost friends along the way, experienced pain that shaped me, and went through seasons that could’ve broken me. But instead of letting that define me, I let it drive me. I learned that every single day is a gift, and that mindset pushed me to go full throttle in life, in business, and in purpose.

Everything I’ve built—my businesses, my brand, my legacy—is rooted in my belief that your past doesn’t have to dictate your future. You can grow up rough and still rise up strong. And that’s exactly what I did.
