Today we’d like to introduce you to Mallori DuVall.

Mallori, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Have an aesthetician for 23 years and a Permenant Make Up artist is for 10 years. My goal has always been to create a safe place for women to put themselves back together. Relaxation is such a necessary thing that we all take for granted. I wanted to create something beautiful with a laid-back vibe. My passion for all things Beauty moved into the Permenant Make Up space. Where we have added paramedic tattooing as well along with those services we offer the Japanese Headspa, which is an amazing relaxation experience, facials, lashes, nails, waxing, and more.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I think in business it’s all a bunch of paths some cross some wind I don’t think any path in business is the wrong one they all just have their interesting challenges going from a solo practitioner to expanding into our 2500 square-foot spa. We have definitely made some amazing decisions and some challenging ones. But I would continue doing it because I get to watch people grow and realize their desires in business and I get to meet so many amazing clients that weather we are faced with challenges are not at the end of the day. This business is very rewarding.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I have a fusion Salon that blends different beauty practices. My time in this industry has led me to develop some really amazing skill sets. from sculpting relaxation facials, to Permenant Make Up, and everything in between our shop provides a safe place for women to put themselves back together. We neglect ourselves, and we want to maintain a place of beauty and solace. I am most proud of the environment that I have created as a whole, we are dedicated to perfecting our craft and always growing and expanding our offerings. I think this is also what sets us apart each one of us has a special skill set and at the head of the spa, I am able to help my employees hone in their skills and develop themselves to the highest standard.

What matters most to you? Why?
Creating a safe and relaxing space for people to come and recharge their batteries. When you walk in our door from the music playing to the scent in the air and everything else melts away and you feel like you are home. Without any of the responsibility.
