Today we’d like to introduce you to Lee.

Hi Lee, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m 7gf Lee, born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. Everything I do music, content, youth work comes from real life. I started making music as a way to express the things I was going through heartbreak, pain, pressure, growth. It wasn’t about trying to blow up, it was just my way of getting things off my chest. Once people started connecting with my music, I realized I had a voice that could reach people beyond my neighborhood. From there, I got into content creation TikToks, story times, streaming just showing who I am outside of music. But deeper than all that, I care about the youth in my city. I’ve been through enough to know how easy it is to lose yourself when you feel like nobody cares. That’s why I use my platform to speak up, show love, and give people hope. I’m not trying to be just another artist, I’m here to be a voice for the ones who feel unheard.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it hasn’t been smooth at all. I’ve been through it fr. Been incarcerated a total of 6.5/7 years of my life, been in fights and shootouts, caught up in street stuff at a young age. A lot of it came from pain and just trying to survive without the right guidance. I was moving off anger, not knowing my worth. But all that made me who I am. I had to fall a few times to realize my purpose, and now I use my story to show the youth there’s another way out.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I do a little bit of everything, but at the end of the day, I’m an artist, content creator, and youth advocate. I really making real, emotional music that tells my story and speaks for people who feel unheard. I’m known for being authentic whether I’m dropping a new song, interacting with my fans on TikTok and twitch, or speaking to the youth in my city, I always keep it real. What I’m most proud of is how far I’ve come from where I started. I’ve turned pain, losses, and setbacks into motivation, and I’m using my voice to inspire others to do the same.

What sets me apart is I’m not just doing this for clout I really lived it. I’ve been through things most people only rap about. I don’t fake my story, and I don’t switch up. Everything I put out is real, and that’s why people connect with me. I’m building something bigger than just music or content this is purpose.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The most important quality that’s helped me succeed is authenticity. I never try to be somebody I’m not. Whether I’m making music, creating content, or speaking to the youth, I keep it real every time. People respect that. They can feel when you’re genuine, and that’s what makes them connect with you. In a world full of people trying to fit in, just being myself has been my biggest strength.
