Community Highlights: Meet Nevaeh Lowen of Nevaeh Annmarie photography

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nevaeh Lowen.

Hi Nevaeh, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I got involved with photography because I grew up around it because my dad fishes B.A.S.S and the photographers always helped me learn and pushed me to become the photographer I am now I took over my moms camera at such a young age I would love to say i always have had a eye for it a started my business in 2021 and I have gained so much love for photography everyday and everytime I do it. now it’s 2025 and my business has really taken off my social media has been doing great too every year has been good since iv opened my photography business doing photoshoots at home and the camera is always in my hand i wake up every work day at 5:00AM do go work for the people that pay me to take photos of them fishing B.A.S.S master and the national professional fishing league I also started filming YouTube videos in 2024 for a B.A.S.S master angler and(2025) now filming for a national professional fishing league

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The first year was tuff as it typically is for a new business but then the money started to flow and it is always a blessing and a push to keep going i typically have a 4 month break from the fishing industry so makes the fire even bigger to get the camera out and take some photos of some big bass so yes the roads have been rocky but nothing will ever take the fire I have for it away now it’s been 4 years and I would never believe that I have grown a business to this big I’ve became very known in the bass fishing industry .

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I started my business at a young age
I do all photography i specialize in bass fishing photography I do behind the scenes stuff that you typically wouldn’t see I love and stand by Nikon I’m just a young girl chasing my dreams and building a strong business
And I’m willing to travel everywhere for there photography needs because I love traveling for work. I shoot everything and am willing to work with anything

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see my business and me moving to Alabama in the next 5-10 years Im sure my business will become extremely successful in the next few years i expect to branch off and have several people working for me
Maybe even branch off and create a business for something else too go along with my photography.
