Today we’d like to introduce you to Audra T. Jones.
Hi Audra, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I began my career in corporate America. I spent many years in management for several Fortune 500 companies and then in 2010, stepped out on Faith to pursue entrepreneurship full-time.
Many lessons learned from leaving excellent pay, solid benefits, and a foundation. Some good and some bad!
I experienced a life-altering event that pushed me into seeking additional income- that sparked the passion I have for teaching!
How did I get to where I am today? With a lot of prayer, patience, dedication, and an army of people who have poured into me!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not! Smiles… the road has come with many struggles!
Some of the struggles along the way:
Taking on too much
Time management
Capital
Lack of support
Sustainability
Quality workers
Customers not paying on time
Workers not performing
Communicating the company vision
Learning HOW to be a small business owner
