Check Out Morgan Rose’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan Rose.

Hi Morgan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Rose Creations started when I was just 17 years old with a simple goal: help local businesses tell their stories through design and media. I began by creating logos and small design projects while still in high school, balancing school, clients, and learning everything I could about branding and marketing.

I attended Tri Star Career Compact for Graphic Communications, where I was able to develop my design skills and start working with real clients. That experience gave me the confidence to turn what started as a passion into a real business.

As Rose Creations grew, so did the services we offered. What began primarily as graphic design expanded into videography, photography, branding, website development, and marketing strategy. Today, Rose Creations partners with businesses, organizations, and events across Ohio to help them strengthen their brands and connect with their audiences.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients—from local small businesses to large events like county fairs and community organizations. Throughout that growth, the mission has remained the same: helping businesses stand out, tell their story, and turn ideas into action.

Rose Creations continues to grow as a creative agency focused on branding, storytelling, and helping businesses build a strong presence both online and in their communities.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Starting a business at a young age came with its own challenges. In the beginning, one of the biggest obstacles was simply being taken seriously. As a teenager running a business, I often had to work harder to prove my professionalism, reliability, and the quality of my work. Building trust with clients took time, but each project helped establish credibility and strengthen my reputation.

Another challenge was balancing multiple responsibilities at once. While growing Rose Creations, I was also finishing high school, attending Tri Star for Graphic Communications, and later continuing my education while running the business full-time. Managing school, deadlines, client expectations, and long hours required a lot of discipline and time management.

Like any growing business, there were also learning curves—figuring out pricing, contracts, managing larger projects, and expanding services while maintaining quality. But each challenge helped me grow not only as a business owner, but as a creative professional.

Looking back, those obstacles played a big role in shaping Rose Creations into what it is today. They pushed me to become more resilient, organized, and focused on building a business that truly supports the local businesses and communities I work with.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At Rose Creations, I specialize in helping businesses tell their story through strong visuals and thoughtful marketing. My work focuses on branding, videography, photography, website development, and digital marketing. I enjoy working closely with businesses to understand who they are, what makes them unique, and how we can translate that into a brand that connects with their audience.

A large part of my work involves creating visual content—videos, photos, and design—that helps businesses stand out both online and in their communities. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from small local businesses to larger organizations and community events across Ohio. Many of the projects I take on combine multiple creative elements, such as branding, social media content, and website design, to build a consistent and professional presence for each client.

One thing I’m most proud of is being able to grow Rose Creations from a small design business into a full creative agency that supports many different industries. I’ve had the chance to contribute to projects that reach large audiences, including content featured in national-level productions, as well as work that supports local businesses and events that are important to the communities I grew up in.

What sets my work apart is the focus on storytelling and relationships. I don’t see my role as just creating content—I see it as partnering with businesses to help them communicate their message clearly and authentically. Because of that, many of my clients become long-term partners, and we continue to grow their brands together over time.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
We’re growing by focusing on consistency, relationships, and results. Instead of one-time projects, we’re building long-term partnerships with our clients—helping them show up consistently through content, branding, and strategy.

A big part of our growth has come from video and social media. Businesses are realizing the value of showing up online, and we’re helping them do that in a way that actually connects with their audience.

We’ve also expanded our services to be more full-service, so clients don’t have to go to multiple places. From branding and websites to photo, video, and marketing strategy, we’re able to support the entire process.

At the same time, we’re growing our team and network of creatives so we can take on more projects while still maintaining quality.

Overall, our growth has been very relationship-driven—word of mouth, repeat clients, and delivering results that speak for themselves.
