Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
It started with me going to the deli, playing my lottery, and ordering a salad. And Vinny asked me if I will do a TikTok showing my salad; I never expected it to go viral lol, but it’s a blessing!!!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road, being viral comes with a lot, meaning the negative comments, people speaking on you that doesn’t know you from a can of tomato paste to not having the support from some friends and family members!!! I lost my job, which was my main source of income! Even though I have a partnership, it was only for that moment, so Im basically starting all over!!!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
So basically, I’m an influencer, people love to support what I love rather it’s food, clothing, hair, etc.!!! I’m most known for the chicken salad, but I’m more known for my personality, the way I treat people, and for being relatable! I think what sets me apart from others is I actually engage with my supporters; most don’t do that unless they’re promoting something that they can make a profit from! I like to get to know my audience, and give advice and help them in areas they are struggling with!! It’s the mom in me lol
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is just being at both of my grandmothers’ houses!!! I felt secure, loved, and protected!!! I still have one grandmother here, and I enjoy talking to her regularly!!!
