Today we’d like to introduce you to Penelope Tsirambidis.

Hi Penelope, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Penelope, and I’m the owner of Forever Fly Nails. My journey started with a passion for beauty, creativity, and making people feel confident. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a career when I realized how much I loved not only creating nail art but also building connections with the women who sat in my chair.

In 2022, I took a leap of faith and opened my own salon after being a salon employee since 2019. Like many small business owners, I’ve experienced highs, lows, challenges, and moments where I had to bet on myself even when things felt uncertain. Every obstacle taught me resilience, and every success reminded me why I started.

Today, Forever Fly Nails is more than just a nail salon, it’s a space where clients can express themselves, feel beautiful, and leave feeling empowered.

Beyond nails, I’ve expanded into fashion and beauty products. I have an instore and online boutique as well called Angel Club Closet. I’m continuing to build a brand that reflects creativity, confidence, and community.

My story is still being written, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that growth comes from taking chances, staying consistent, and believing in your vision even when no one else can see it yet.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been building a business from the ground up while wearing every hat imaginable. As a small business owner, there’s no clocking out. You’re the technician, the marketer, the accountant, the customer service representative, and everything in between 24/7!

There have been slow seasons, financial pressures, self-doubt, and moments where I questioned whether I was making the right decisions. Learning how to set boundaries, avoid burnout, and balance my personal life with my business has been one of the hardest lessons.

Social media can also make entrepreneurship look glamorous, but behind every success is a lot of hard work, long hours, sacrifices, tears and persistence. The challenges have pushed me to become more resilient, adaptable, and confident in my abilities.

Looking back, I’m grateful for every obstacle because each one taught me something valuable and helped shape both the business owner and the woman I am today. Every setback became an opportunity to grow, and those experiences are a big part of what makes this journey so meaningful. I’m very excited to see what comes next.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in acrylic nails and custom nail art, but what I really love is helping my clients feel their best. For me, it’s always been about more than nails, it’s about creating a space where women can relax, be themselves and share their stories, and leave feeling more confident than when they walked in.

One of my biggest accomplishments is building Forever Fly Nails from the ground up. Every client, opportunity, and milestone has come from years of hard work, consistency, and believing in myself even when things got tough.

What sets me apart is the experience I provide and the relationships I build. My clients aren’t just appointments on my schedule, they’re people I genuinely care about and love to see. Over the years, many have become friends and that sense of connection and community is what makes this career so rewarding.

I value growth. I believe there is always room to learn, improve, and become a better version of yourself. Whether it’s in business or in life, I try to approach challenges as opportunities to grow.
