Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Along the way there were numerous challenges that presented opportunities for growth, including navigating work/life balance, unexpected health issues and exploring educational opportunities while balancing a busy career involving much travel.. Health, Beauty and Fitness overlap in many ways.
All of these experiences contributed to my overall perspective on life, health, beauty, fitness and longevity.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Two things that I’m known for is devotion to Motherhood, which is very important to me even today and creating Unique (all-encompassing) Fitness Experiences for patrons.
The ability to take clients on a Journey of Wellness through Exercise that shapes their life balance for their entire future is very gratifying.
Teaching a genuine understanding of fulfilling Lifestyle & Wellness techniques is enthralling, invigorating and is constantly innovating.
