Today we’d like to introduce you to Antwain Shaw-Huff.
Hi Antwain, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am a cincinnati-based artist I am working with a local Middletown kitchen called Frazier’s kitchen…. helping them come up with their own style for their restaurant…….Basically how I’ve gotten started doing murals working with new and upcoming businesses restaurants clothing stores I’ve always been the type of artist to expand and work with different businesses to help them grow and create a look and style for themselves through ART…….. I always make sure I include my signature style and look so that people can see and recognize my artwork from first glance………
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Painting murals and being a mirrorless a Tri-State wide muralist has always been a tough and difficult task only because of the opticals the money also finding locations to be able to spread art…… I’ve learned very well to overcome certain obstacles by actually taking them head on and actually thoroughly executing the problem or good causes to make the artwork better and fixable for every situation.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
For the last 8 years I’ve been keeping it consistent with my color scheme and style to keep people aware that I’m still here and I’m still creating and I’m still making great art……… As of now in my life as a muralist I’m trying to travel more create more and understand the values of art and what it really means to the people that value it…….. Things like that keeps me proud keeps me motivated in many ways because I have 40 murals I’ve created over the past 8 years and i want to have more….
Who else deserves credit in your story?
As of now I’m creating a mural in Middletown Ohio called Frazier’s kitchen located at 1206 central Middletown ave……….. Fraser’s kitchen is a new opening and upcoming restaurant for the City of Middletown ….. Frazier’s kitchen has been serving food in Middletown for several years the restaurant also has a lot of loyal customers people that come every single day and purchase great cook food……. The restaurant is also well respected in the City of Middletown in the state of Ohio so when you get a chance feel free to stop by and get a cooked meal….
