Hi Wynter, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Ohio, and to be honest, my childhood wasn’t always the easiest. There were plenty of challenges, and as a little girl, I often found myself wishing for more of those magical, carefree memories that every child deserves. That longing really shaped who I am today. It gave me the desire to create the kinds of moments for other children that I didn’t always have myself.
After marrying my real-life Prince Charming, I moved to Florida, and that’s where I discovered how much joy comes from bringing fairytales to life. In 2015, I joined Girly-Girl Parteas in Northeast Florida as a professional princess performer. For years, I had the privilege of stepping into a character, walking into a room full of children, and seeing their faces light up…it was priceless. I knew I’d found something that was more than just a job; it was a way to make memories that would last a lifetime.
Now, ten years and four kids later, life has come full circle. I’ve returned home to Cincinnati and launched Girly-Girl Parteas Cincinnati, where I get to combine my experience as a performer with my perspective as a mom of two little princesses and two little princes. I know how overwhelming it can feel to plan a “perfect” birthday party, and I also know how important those days are for children and families. My mission is to take the stress off parents’ shoulders and create picture perfect celebrations that children will remember with joy. For me, it’s not just about the parties, it’s about giving kids magical moments and letting families truly enjoy them together.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road, but I do feel incredibly blessed. From the very start, I’ve been fortunate to have parties booked consistently, and that’s not something I take lightly. At the same time, juggling a business while raising four kids is definitely a challenge! Sometimes it feels like I’m running on coffee, glitter, and a prayer! Affording life with four little ones can be stressful, but honestly, that’s also what fuels me. I want to show my kids what it looks like to work hard, follow your passion, and create something meaningful. The challenges are real, but they’ve made every success feel that much more rewarding.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
My best advice for finding a mentor is to look for someone who inspires you and genuinely wants to see you succeed! For me, that’s my best friend Kayla, owner of the Saint Augustine Girly-Girl Parteas. I started performing for her in 2015, and she’s been my mentor ever since; teaching me about running a business, creating magical experiences, and believing in myself. Mentorship doesn’t have to be formal; it’s about surrounding yourself with people who lift you up and show you what’s possible. Kayla has been that person for me.
