Hi Sarah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Happily Ever Co. in October 2018, after the 127 garage sale. I set up at the garage sale to sell styles from my closet that I no longer wore. Every lady that came through would ask, “Where do you shop?” or “How do you find cute clothes in our size?” My boyfriend, now husband, said that I must have an eye for clothes and should open a boutique. So, I took the money I made from the garage sale and turned it into my first batch of inventory. At the time, there were very few options for ladies above a size large to shop, especially locally, and I wanted to change that. I started with online and craft events in the fall of 2018 and decided to open a storefront in January 2019. Here we are a few years later & so much has changed! We have a beautiful storefront in downtown Greenville, Ohio, a website where we offer new arrivals weekly & an online community of extraordinary ladies from all over the world!
Let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a challenging road. When COVID hit in 2020, I had to close down our storefront and wasn’t curious if the business would survive. COVID had me turn to social media to get the word out about my business, especially TikTok. I made any video I could to help get eyes on my business. Eventually, some videos took off, and we grew a vast online following worldwide! Thanks to TikTok, we have customers in all 50 states, Canada and Australia!

We are a Midwest chic boutique helping you feel Happily Ever Confident! Every style we carry at Happily Ever Co. comes in sizes small through 3X, always! There is no little section in the back corner of the store for plus sizes. You can confidently shop every rack & collection, knowing your size is here! We pick every style here at Happily Ever Co. with you in mind. From how it will fit ladies blessed in the chest to whether it has enough room for my bat wings, you are in mind when shopping for the store. Some of the things we offer that are our favorites are one-on-one style sessions and in-store shopping parties! Whether you are looking to shop on your own or with a group of friends, we love to host ladies for shopping nights. Having a glass of wine is always a blast, and we close the store, so you have it all to yourselves!
