Today we’d like to introduce you to Julia Mason.
Hi Julia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I didn’t start Enthusiasm Lab with a perfectly mapped-out business plan — I started it by following a feeling.
For over 17 years, I’ve been supporting women in different capacities: first through the beauty industry and marketing, then branding and websites, and eventually stepping fully into the work I do today. Across every chapter, one thing was always clear: I could see people’s potential before they could see it themselves. I could feel where they were holding back, where they were playing small, and where something bigger was trying to come through.
Several years ago, I went through my own deep transformation. I started doing the inner work…feminine embodiment, nervous system healing, intuition, spiritual connection. Not just learning it, but living it. And as I changed, my work had to change too.
Enthusiasm Lab was born from that place.
What began as helping women with branding and websites quickly evolved into something much more multidimensional. Because the truth is, you can’t build an aligned, successful business from strategy alone. You have to become the woman who can hold it. You have to trust yourself, feel safe being seen, and move from a place of alignment instead of pressure.
Today, my work blends coaching, mentorship, brand strategy, and web design, but at the core, it’s about helping women come home to themselves and build businesses that actually reflect who they are.
I work with women who are ready for more: more alignment, more ease, more truth, more impact. Through spaces like The High Vibe Collective, 1:1 mentorship, and my client work, I help them shift their identity, their messaging, and their way of showing up so they can attract the clients, opportunities, and life they truly desire.
If I had to sum it up simply, I don’t just help women grow businesses.
I help them become the version of themselves who gets to live the life they’ve been feeling called to.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No… and I actually think it’s important to say that plainly.
It hasn’t been a smooth road. It’s been meaningful, aligned, and deeply fulfilling, but also layered with real growth edges that required me to evolve again and again.
In the beginning, one of my biggest struggles was undervaluing myself. I knew I was good at what I did, but I wasn’t fully owning the depth of it. I undercharged, overgave, and tried to prove my worth instead of just standing in it. That led to burnout at times, not because I didn’t love the work, but because I wasn’t holding myself with the same level of respect I was giving everyone else.
Another big piece was learning to trust myself over outside noise. When you’re building something unconventional, blending coaching, spirituality, strategy, and design, there isn’t always a clear blueprint. There were moments where I questioned, “Is this too different? Will people get it?” And every time I tried to fit into a more traditional box, it felt off. The real growth came from choosing to trust what I knew was true for me, even when it didn’t make logical sense yet.
There were also seasons of inconsistency and recalibration. Times where things felt like they were flowing and then suddenly they weren’t. Instead of pushing harder, I had to learn how to pause, reflect, and realign, which isn’t always easy when you’re used to doing and achieving.
And honestly, holding space at a higher level has required a lot of inner work. As my clients grew, I had to grow. My capacity, my boundaries, my leadership, all of it had to expand. That meant facing my own fears, my own patterns, and continuing to do the work I guide others through.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: growth in this kind of work isn’t linear, it’s initiatory.
Each challenge wasn’t a sign I was off path, it was an invitation to step more fully into who I was becoming.
And now, I wouldn’t trade any of it, because every single piece shaped the depth, integrity, and power of the work I get to do today.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Enthusiasm Lab?
Enthusiasm Lab is a space where business, identity, and inner work come together.
At a surface level, I offer coaching, mentorship, brand strategy, and web design. But what I’m really known for is helping women close the gap between who they are today and who they know they’re meant to be — and then building a business that actually reflects that version of them.
I specialize in working with women who are ready for depth. They’re not looking for quick fixes or surface-level strategies. They want alignment. They want to feel confident being seen. They want their work to feel true to them and to attract the right people without force.
What sets my work apart is that I don’t separate strategy from self. Most people are either teaching mindset or teaching marketing. I bridge both. We look at your messaging, your offers, your website — but we also look at your nervous system, your patterns, your self-trust, and your capacity to receive. Because if those pieces aren’t aligned, no amount of strategy will create sustainable success.
I’m also known for the spaces I hold. Whether it’s inside The High Vibe Collective, a 1:1 container, or a client project, women consistently say they feel seen, safe, and expanded. There’s a level of honesty, depth, and support that allows real transformation to happen, not just temporary motivation.
Brand-wise, what I’m most proud of is the integrity of it. I’ve built this business in a way that reflects my actual life and values. It’s intentional. It’s human. It’s not about performing success, it’s about living it in a way that feels grounded and real.
My offerings are designed to meet women at different stages, from those just stepping into their next level to those already established but ready for deeper alignment and expansion. Through mentorship, community, and strategic support, I help them refine their message, elevate their presence, and create businesses that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.
If there’s one thing I’d want readers to know, it’s this:
You don’t have to choose between success and alignment.
You get to have both.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
If someone feels drawn to my work, there are a few different ways we can connect depending on what they’re needing and the level of support they’re ready for.
The deepest way to work with me is through 1:1 mentorship. This is for women who are ready for real transformation, not just in their business, but in how they show up, lead, and trust themselves. We go into everything, identity, messaging, offers, visibility, and the inner work required to hold the next level they’re calling in.
I also lead a group container called The High Vibe Collective, which is a more accessible way to be in my world while still receiving powerful coaching, community, and support. It’s a space for women who want to grow alongside others, be seen, and stay in consistent alignment with their vision.
For clients looking for brand and online presence support, I offer brand strategy and website design. This is where we bring everything together and translate who you are into a clear, elevated, and aligned digital presence that attracts the right people.
In terms of collaboration, I love partnering with aligned creatives, photographers, designers, and facilitators who value depth, intention, and creating meaningful experiences. A lot of my work is built through relationships and referrals, so introductions to women who are ready for this kind of work are always deeply appreciated.
And honestly, one of the most powerful ways to support my work is simply by sharing it. If something resonates, whether it’s a post, an offer, or a message, sharing it with someone who needs to hear it creates a ripple effect that means everything.
At the core of it all, I’m here for women who are ready to do things differently, and I’m always open to connecting when there’s alignment.
