Today we’d like to introduce you to Esperanza Green

Esperanza, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
While attending esthetics school in 2015 I was introduced to lash extensions and I was instantly intrigued. Once I got my first job as a lash artist I realized that I had an extreme passion for it. I also recognized that if I wanted to further my career within the industry and be genuinely fulfilled and happy, I would need to establish my own business. LEBH/Lovely Studio was created with the intention of providing high quality, sustainable, and ethical services. I have found through experience, that this can only be achieved by obtaining the best training possible. Since 2016, I have made it a priority to research and invest in the highest top of the line, reputable trainings available. Even if I had to travel to Detroit, Texas, Florida, and California to do so. Many people do not realized how important education is when it comes to the beauty industry. Every tiny detail matters. From proper diameters and weights, quality of fibers, type of curl, to regular or sensitive glue and map customization. All of these factors vary based on each and every client. Failing to not pay attention to all of these details, can result in damaged lashes, avoidable allergic reactions, results that do not compliment clients face, bad retention, and/or unhappy clients. I also make it a necessity to make sure my clients feel extremely comfortable at each and every appointment. I have always been very particular when it comes to receiving services. Therefore, I make sure all my clients feel exactly how I would want to feel. Dim lights, calming music, and minimal distractions.
I now have two wonderful lash artists working with me at the studio. Monica and Colleen! They both have undergone thorough 1 on 1 training and are still being guided and mentored by me regularly. They understand the expectations and values that we go by and have the same commitment to excellence as I do.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I am learning a lot as I go on the business aspect of things. When I am working as a lash Artist and Esthetician, I am in my natural creative flow and it’s not even work. I absolutely love what I do! However, the business side can be pretty stressful. It does not come natural to me. I struggle with ADHD pretty bad and do not like taking the medication therefore this makes it even harder, As I continue to grow, I do want to eventually hire an accountant and possibly someone In social Media or marketing to take care of that part of the business for me.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I specialize in lash extensions and permanent makeup. What sets me apart is my passion for education and creating customized looks. The most important thing to me is helping woman achieve effortless confidence while maintaining a natural and elegant look. They will still look like themselves, just better!

How do you define success?
Success to me means fulfilling your unique purpose in the world and being happy while doing it.
