Elijah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
It’s crazy how it started actually . It all started with an idea that popped in my head right after I graduated high school . That idea was me owning my own barbershop . I’m not sure where the idea came from or how it was planted . Some may some God , I can strongly agree with that & I will say that it led to one of the best decisions I ever made., Which is becoming an Image Consultant / Professional barber . I believe God used the girlfriend I had at the time to push the idea of me being a barber . She was already a Hairstylist so it just made sense! From there the rest is history. I began Buying self – development books, investing in tools that I could afford & just started ! God guided to my next steps without me even knowing . I built a name , created plans & executed them which leads to where I am now. A Licensed Celebrity Barber 💈 / influencer / motivational speaker / content creator / investor / Brand owner . My mission is to inspire Millions across the world 🌍 that all things are possible through God ! And that no matter where you come from or what others think, we all deserve an Abundant, prosperous & Fulfilling life!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, Far from smooth . Most people think success is a straight Shot but in reality it’s like a roller coaster 🎢. It has ups, downs , twists and turns but your Response not reaction determines the outcome of your life ! On my journey to becoming a Licensed barber, I experienced a lot of challenges . In (2020) I enrolled in barber school & at the time COVID was just beginning so we were sent home for a few months . Then once things were a little better, we were allowed to go back to school but me and the owner couldn’t agree on things so I was asked to leave. Months passed and I got a call from the instructor to come back but I was too immature to go back at the time. So I waited 2 years & went back to the same school in 2022. Every thing was great for about 6 months of school then midway more conflicts occurred & I was Asked to leave again ! Most people would’ve gave up at this point ! But I knew God would make a way. Death & loss are some things that are inevitable in life so when it happens just understand that it’s apart of the process . I lost My aunt , my sister & a few of my clients . My relationships with friends & family members began to Deteriorate mainly because I was doing something out of the ordinary that couldn’t understand . These are things I didn’t expect but couldn’t avoid. So expect the unexpected ! I can go on and on but the point is no matter what goal your aiming for in life there will always be obstacles along the journey. How much can you endure & keep going !?

My favorite childhood memory is when all of my family members would get together to hang out and have fun , play games , eat food & laugh. Whether it was a cookout, family reunion or someone’s birthday . One thing about me is I love family 🖤
