Today we’d like to introduce you to Ebay Fuller Jr.

Hi Ebay, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Hello my name is Ebay Fuller Jr. I began my journey in the arts & entertainment industry dancing for big named celebrities and artists ( Rihanna, Kanye West, 50cent, TlC & more ). After 10 plus years in the industry I decided to transition into the beauty & cosmetics industry mainly focusing on fragrances. I now make personalized fragrances for high-end clients, scent ambiances for big name companies and I own a unisex fragrance company called REDNASEUL CO. that is available internationally. My fragrances are in a few selected stores XHIBTION ( Cleveland, Ohio ) H. LORENZO ( Los Angeles, California ) and a few upcoming stores this fall.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, It has not been a smooth road. A lot of ups & downs but that’s apart of the business. Outside of external issues one of my biggest struggles I had in the beginning was figuring out my lane within the fragrances I make and company I was building. It required a lot of research, brand awareness, and process of elimination. One of the quickest things I learned that business owners and people building their business should know is you aren’t for everyone and that is ok, figure out who you’re for and trail there. One of the biggest issues I end up facing was when I moved to California, majority of my inventory of work was lost in transit, so I had to start from scratch. During that moment I questioned a lot of things including on whether this business was one I wanted to stay in; Nonetheless here we are striving.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I am the perfumer behind each of my fragrances I have a total of 11 fragrances available online. REDNASEUL is known for its unique and modern luxury fragrances, as well as clean visual detail for campaigns. Also very well known for one of its most popular fragrance ( IS WAS ) which is an acronym for ” If Suede Was A Smell. ” I am known for my eclectic and refreshing yet mature approach to perfumery and ideas. My ability to attach a sense of color, sound and life into the idea of fragrances I create… What sets me apart from others is my keen thought to detail, well developed eyes of vision and my approach to what I see valuable in a company. While still building in the modern world, you must be adaptable. I combine a lot modern thought and execution with traditional knowledge and principles. I am most proud brand wise is to have the luxury to create and share my ideas & creativity with people. This fall and upcoming year I will be adding a black line to the company for members of REDNASEUL, I will also be adding a freeform line with multiple different hand blown decanters and perfume bottles for art placement, collectors and home decor.

Any big plans?
This company, I seek to sell eventually for 9 figures before I exit, so I am extremely excited for the journey. I know it will be a lot of trails and tribulations, naturally that comes with the territory, so I will always say bring it on. I am looking forward to ultimately the expansion of the business… There are a few things in the works with the business the I can freely talk about, I will be adding kids fragrances and different cosmetic products to the brand. As well as a few big partnerships In the works!
