Meet Diana Flynn of NFM Lending

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diana Flynn. 

Hi Diana, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started in the mortgage industry January of 2019 right after I graduated college. My degree is in Marketing & Fashion – so working as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry was not my dream job at the time. I worked at a direct-to-consumer mortgage company during one of the busiest times and I quickly realized how much I loved helping others achieve home ownership. I decided to stay in the industry and I now work at NFM Lending where I am growing my business exponentially and helping more families. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The biggest struggle is the changing market. I started in the mortgage industry during one of the busiest times and I have also experienced some of the slowest times. Adjusting how I do business has been a great learning experience. 

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I work at NFM Lending as a Loan Originator. I help clients achieve home ownership. I specialize in purchases but I also do refinances. The one thing that sets me apart from others is my work ethic and availability. No matter what I will always be available for my clients and realtor partners. I do not work regular “banking” hours – I run a 24/7 operation. I am most proud that my company is extremely well known in the Columbus area because we have built a brand and reputation that stands out among others. NFM was named the #1 non-bank lender in Columbus for 2022. I am extremely proud to work for NFM. 

Any big plans?
I plan on networking and building as much connections as possible in the future. I can’t wait to meet others who have the same goals as me!
