Meet Charles Watt

Today we’d like to introduce you to Charles Watt. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Charles Watt is a Chicago native, husband, and father of three that always puts family at the forefront of everything. He’s also an award-winning music composer who has scored content for NBC, Amazon Video, Meta, and many others. A Full Sail University music production alumni. Founder/owner of Vision House Studios music and publishing, Program Director for the Cincinnati Music Resource Center, Hip-Hop Music Professor at Xavier University, and Audio Lead at 3S Tech &Talent. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Like any road on a long journey, there have been a ton of twists and turns within the music space and everyday life. I am thankful for all experiences regardless of my career and personal endeavors. 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a music composer, TV/Film/Video games, and music professor. I specialize in Hip Hop and ambient music production for digital media. I’m known for tailoring music and sound design for each client project to deliver the best experience possible the first time, on time, and on budget. 

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I can’t live without gummy bears in the studio. They’re my work food of choice. Please send more! lol
