Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Bertsch. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Andrew Bertsch Aka (Lil Henney) Stared making music his 7th-grade year around 2013-2014. He also was making cover art, recording himself, and other artist nonstop till Sep 2019. This is when his youngest sister Bayleigh suddenly pasted away in a tragic car accident. Lil Henney states “I fell into a hole, I didn’t want to eat or even breathe, my little sister is gone with no goodbyes.” Sept is also the birth month for 2 of his other siblings as well as him. He goes on to state “After my birthday I just started recording every day as much as I could after work, I would drop here and there, but it took me a few years to really get out of that rut of my sister‘s death & my other sisters’ accident.” Lil Henney is a very special and underrated asset to the Hamilton, Ohio scene. He’s just now taking things into his own hands to try and make it with his real-life events. “Every songs this guy has out is something beyond our time”-sources from his last show. Andrew (Lil Henney) says he’s only been taking his music as seriously as he can for only about a year, so look forward to the future.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
