Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
To be honest I started this company on accident. See, I currently own another business, that led to this one being born! My dedication & work ethic has led to the growth of both businesses. Custodial Concepts LLC, my cleaning company helped pave the way for my success in the short-term rental world! I currently own 5 short term rental properties (Airbnb’s), that are fully furnished in Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio. I also manage another 34 and counting in these same city’s, as well as Indiana. My cleaning company services residential, commercial, post-construction, and short-term rentals. We clean over 100 Airbnb’s, as we specialize in this service. We also provide laundry services. I start the business when my employer completely folded during COVID-19. I now have 2 strong business that I built from the ground up, that keeps me hungry for more.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not! There have been several learning experiences, and struggles along the way like any new business. Everyday, I am still learning on how to better manage and market my businesses.

My business specializes in the rental & management of short-term rental units. We are known for our unique offering of being a full-service short-term management company, with beautiful Airbnb for rent. Decorating services are available as well! What sets us apart from others in our industry is our properties come with extraordinary “extra” services. Grocery shopping and cleaning during your stay to name a few.
At our core, we are most proud of our strong brand reputation and the trust we have built with our clients. As well the outstanding homes and services we offer our tenants.

I read so much I wouldn’t be able to pick one book as a favorite. Actually, sometimes I reread a book and don’t realize I already read until half in. But I am a hard-core fan of “The Diary Of A CEO” on YouTube.
