Life & Work with Hoodoo Jive

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hoodoo Jive. They and their team shared their story with us below:

Hoodoo Jive began with four high school boys with a dream of becoming musicians. With two pairs of brothers, one a pair of twins, there was a natural musical connection within the band. The one missing piece was a skillful and unique lead guitarist. After months of searching, the perfect match was found. With the addition of the fifth member, Hoodoo Jive was born. The band now strives to achieve a fresh and interesting sound, exploring uncharted sonic landscapes, not knowing what will be found. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So far, we have fit very well together, but there have been some minor bumps in the road like making sure everyone is available for gigs 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
We are a young and new 5-piece psychedelic rock band that keeps the music of the Grateful Dead alive along with writing original jams.
