Hi Antoinette M., it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey started with a computer, a passion for creativity, and a drive to help others bring their ideas to life. What began as helping friends and small businesses with social media and branding turned into a full-blown career in digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination.

That passion eventually led me to join Team LO-KEY Entertainment, where I had the opportunity to further explore the world of events and community-based experiences. One of the most meaningful milestones in my journey has been co-creating and leading The SHADES Bridal Experience—a minority wedding and event expo that has grown into a powerful, inspiring platform. Now entering its fourth year, SHADES has become a signature event that brings excellence, culture, and community together in one space.

We’ve created a vibrant atmosphere where minority-owned businesses connect, collaborate, and become what we lovingly call “business besties.” It’s more than an expo—it’s a space where we network, encourage one another, and celebrate what’s possible when vision meets execution.

Hosting and organizing an event of this scale has not only opened new doors but also expanded my business, Socially Rich, LLC. Today, I offer a wide range of services that help entrepreneurs and creatives elevate their brand—from headshots and high-quality content creation to event coordination and social media management.

Whether you’re launching a brand, planning an event, or just need someone to bring your vision to light—I’m here to help make it happen.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s definitely been a rollercoaster of emotions. Like many passion projects, the road hasn’t always been smooth. We’ve faced our share of challenges—navigating logistics, managing growth with limited resources, and pushing through moments of doubt. But what’s kept SHADES moving forward is the unwavering support from our community, loved ones, dedicated volunteers, and our incredible sponsors.

I’m the founder of Socially Rich, LLC, where I help small businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs elevate their brands through social media management, content creation, event coordination, and branding support. My goal is always to help clients not only show up online—but show up with confidence, consistency, and clarity.

I specialize in building digital presence with personality and purpose. Whether it’s planning content calendars, creating high-quality visuals, organizing impactful events, or managing brand storytelling—I bring both strategy and creativity to the table. I’m known for being resourceful, highly organized, and deeply passionate about helping others grow.

One of the things I’m most proud of is co-creating and leading The SHADES Bridal Experience—a minority wedding and event expo now entering its fourth year. It started as a vision and has grown into a powerful space for connection, celebration, and community. Hosting SHADES has not only opened doors for other event opportunities, but it has also inspired many business owners to show up confidently in their own lanes.

What sets me apart is that I truly lead with heart and intention. I don’t just “post and go.” I get to know my clients, understand their voice, and help them bring their vision to life—whether online or in person. I’m a hands-on creative, a connector, and a cheerleader for anyone bold enough to build something of their own. I bring the same energy to every project—no matter how big or small—and I genuinely care about the success of the people I work with.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something that might surprise people who know me or my brand is just how much personal connection means to me. Whether it’s in business or in life, relationships are everything to me. I care deeply about the people I work with and genuinely want to see them win—not just professionally, but personally too.

While I love entrepreneurship and pour a lot into my business, I’m also someone who values faith and community. I go to church every Sunday, and it’s a big part of what keeps me grounded and centered. I have a soft spot for people, and honestly, I often put others before myself more than I care to admit. It’s part of who I am—I lead with compassion and genuinely want to be a light in both business and life.

So while Socially Rich is all about building brands and making an impact, behind it all is a woman who truly values heart, connection, and purpose in everything I do.
